Candidates who wish to apply for admission in M.Tech at IISc Bangalore must have a valid GATE scorecard from the years 2025, 2024 or 2023. Admission to the IISc Bangalore is only on the basis of GATE score while in some programs, a written test and/ or interview is also conducted.
