Gujarat PGCET Counselling 2025 - ACPC held the offline Gujarat MTech 2025 counselling for qualifying exam-based admission on August 13, 2025. Aspirants had to visit the said centre as per the time mentioned in the schedule. The offline Gujarat MTech counselling 2025, irrespective of GATE or Gujarat PGCET merit, was held for admission to vacant seats after the Gujarat PGCET 2025 round 3 seat allotment. The Gujarat MTech provisional merit list was released on August 12, 2025. Candidates had to apply between August 9 to 11 at acpc.gujarat.gov.in.

The exam conducting authority has released the merit list on July 15, 2025. The merit list of Gujarat PGCET 2025 is based on GATE exam as well. Applicants shortlisted in the Gujarat merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
ACPC conducts the counselling for Gujarat PGCET in three phases and additional round for QE based admission. Candidates with a valid score in GATE/ PGCET are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process mainly comprises registration, choice filling, and accepting the seats.
In the Gujarat PGCET counselling process, candidates have the option to edit/delete/add/modify the choices filled by them in the previous round. Applicants have to log in through their credentials to make changes to the choices submitted by them in the mock round.
Candidates can check Gujarat PGCET mock round results through their login credentials. With the help of Gujarat PGCET 2025 mock round counselling, candidates can get an idea of the cut-off of various institutes before the declaration of the actual round. The Gujarat PGCET counselling mock round 2025 is conducted in online mode. Candidates shortlisted for PGCET 2025 counselling can participate in the mock round. Applicants had to complete the Gujarat PGCET choice filling 2025 from the official website.
ACPC Gujarat has announced the Gujarat PGCET 2025 vacant seat allotment on August 8, 2025. The authority has announced the Gujarat PGCET 2025 second seat allotment on August 1, 2025. The mock round Gujarat PGCET 2025 seat allotment was announced online. Candidates allotted seats from round 1 onwards will have to confirm the seat by paying the token amount of Rs. 2000. Students allotted seats have to download the admission letter. The admission letter will be available under the seat allotment menu. Moreover, candidates must report to the allotted institutes with the required documents.
In case any candidate fails to pay the counselling fee in online mode, then his/her candidature gets cancelled automatically. Applicants failed to pay the fee will be eligible to appear for further counselling rounds.
After the conclusion of each round, applicants are given a choice to reshuffle their priorities. ACPC conducts further counselling rounds based on vacant seats in the respective institute. Applicants appearing for further rounds shall have the option to modify their choices as per the updated seat matrix. After the declaration of the result, candidates will have to pay the fees in online mode.
In case any candidates want to withdraw from the counselling process, then applicants need to click on “cancel admission” from the login portal. To cancel the admission, candidates will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number. Once the candidate submits the OTP, the admission will be cancelled.

Eligiblity Criteria:
Candidate should have passed B.Pharm Degree examination or B.Pharm examination of any other recognized Indian University established by law or any other degree courses in Pharmacy in an institutions located in state recognized as Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) or All India Council of Technical Education (A.I.C.T.E.) for this purpose and who has secured not less than 55% of the maximum marks ,50% in case of SC/ST.
