The authority follows certain rules in case two or more candidates have the same marks in COMEDK UGET. The authorities will prepare an inter-se merit to determine the ranks of such candidates. The tie-breaking rule is given below-
In case of a tie, the principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) in 1) Physics, 2) Mathematics and 3) Chemistry will be used to provide rank to the candidates.
If a tie still persists, aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics in COMEDK UGET 2025 will be considered.

In COMEDK counselling, a mock round is like a practice round that helps you understand how the actual seat allotment will work. It’s not final and doesn’t affect your real admission. Based on your preferences and rank, a college and course are temporarily allotted to show you what you might get. This gives you a chance to review your choices and make better decisions before the real round starts. So do not worry it is helpful for knowledge.
Sorry, but you can't do that. If you opted for "accept & upgrade" in the previous round, it means you are obligated to join the allotted college. If you are allotted in round 3, you have to get admission to this college. It's mandatory for you to get admission to this college.
If you accept the seat in Round 1 and choose the "Accept and Upgrade" option, you're eligible for upgradation in Round 2. If you again choose "Accept and Upgrade" in Round 2, you will be eligible for Round 3 upgradation.
