Candidates applying for Coal India recruitment 2025 will be required to register online from the official website coalindia.in as per the schedule which will be released soon. The process of registration includes filling up the detailed application form, uploading scanned documents, photo, signature and payment of application fees.

CIL Recruitment through GATE 2025 - Selection Process

Coal India will release a detailed notification on the selection criteria for CIL recruitment through GATE 2025. However, the authority has mentioned that shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of GATE 2025 score which may be followed by a written test/personal interview. Document Required for Verification

The provisionally selected candidates have to carry the following documents in original as well as two copies (self-attested) for each document.

• Copy of E-mail for reporting for document verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME).
• Identity proof (Voter id / PAN / Passport)
• Bond (in the prescribed format to be executed on Rs. 100/- Non-Judicial stamp paper)
• Attestation form and Identity certificate (two copies), each dully filled by the candidate and counter signed (with stamp) by a gazetted officer.
• Marriage declaration form (two copies)
• 15 copies of recent passport size color photograph, as pasted in application form
• Admit Card of matriculation / 10th / secondary board level certificate / marksheet in support of age
• HSC / 12th mark sheet
• Final degree and mark sheet of BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in relevant branch or MCA to meet the criteria. Moreover, the percentage of marks obtained should be clearly visible in the certificate.
• Certificate of CGPA/GPA conversion in percentage issued by the university / institute, if applicable
• OBC (NCL), SC / ST valid caste certificate in the prescribed format,
• For PwD category, certificate in prescribed format of Govt. of India duly issued by the competent authority,
• For EWS, valid income certificate & asset certificate issued by the competent authority
• Copy of no objection certificate (NOC) from the present employer in case the candidate is employed in Government / Semi-Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous body
