Steps to fill Chhattisgarh M.Tech 2025 application form
Step 1: Registration - In the first step, candidates have to register themselves by entering the following details -

After successful registration, login Id of the candidates will be generated. Candidates must note their login Id for future reference.
Step 2: Payment of Fees - In the next step, candidates will have to pay the application-cum-counselling fee of Chhattisgarh M.Tech 2025. The payment of fee can be done through SBI e-challan. Candidates will have to download the e-challan from the website and submit it along with the application fee at the nearest SBI branch. The fees is to be paid in cash through the link or QR code available in the application form. Candidates are advised to keep the stamped challan safely for future use.
Step 3: Filling of Required Details - After this, candidates will be required to fill all the other details of the form as mentioned below -
Personal Details - Name of candidate, Parent’s name, category, domicile, etc.
Communication Details - Address, mobile number and email Id.
Academic Details - Qualifying exam, marks scored in qualifying exam, GATE scores.
Step 4: Choice Filling - After filling in all the details of the form, candidates will have to fill in their choices of institutes and courses.
Step 5: Submission of Application Form - In the last step, candidates have to finally submit their application form. Candidates are advised to check all the details entered by them before submitting the application form. Candidates will also have to take a printout of the application form.
Candidates shortlisted based on the merit list are considered for final admission. If two or more candidates have the same GATE scores then in that case the following rule will be followed to break the tie -
Candidates with higher marks in the qualifying exam will be given a higher rank.
If a tie still persists, the candidate older in age will be given a higher rank.
The authorities conduct the web-based counselling of Chhattisgarh M.Tech 2025. Candidates are allotted seats based on the merit list and the choices set by them while filling out the application form. Candidates have to report the allotted centres for document verification. Candidates are also able to make changes in their choices if they want to.
