• Candidates should have completed their undergraduate degree (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) or equivalent degree from a recognized University

• The minimum required marks as prescribed by AICTE or equivalent CGPA has to be secured by the candidates.

• Those candidates who will pass their final semester in 2026 will also be eligible. In such a case, the result has to be submitted within 30 days of commencement of semester or earlier to the Member Secretary, PG-ENGG.

• If the candidates possess a CPI, then they will also have to present a certificate of equivalent percentage of marks issued by the concerned authorities of the University.

• Candidates who have passed their undergraduate degree from Nirma University will be able to obtain their eligibility certificate during the counselling process after paying Rs. 500.

• Finally, if the tie still exists, the candidate who is older in age will be given higher preference.
