Colleges Accepting AEEE

Questions related to AEEE

Have a question related to AEEE ?

It depends on which state you belong to.. because amrita colleges had home quota....but if you don't belong to those states...probably you may not get top branches with your rank

Hello there,

Yes you can get into Amrita Coimbatore campus with JEE percentile, but the university has only 30% reserved seats for admissions through JEE MAINS.

However you can visit the link below to get to know about colleges you might qualify based on your rank.

Hello student,

With a 10,000 rank in AEEE (Amrita Engineering Entrance Examination) and 87 percentile in JEE Mains , you have a good chance of securing a seat in Aerospace Engineering , though it will depend on the specific institution and branch demand.

Options:

  1. Amrita University (AEEE):

    • Aerospace Engineering might be available at Amrita School of Engineering , especially at Amritapuri or Bengaluru campuses .

    • Check the cutoff trends for Aerospace Engineering during the counseling process.

  2. JEE Mains:

    • For NITs , securing Aerospace Engineering might be tougher due to high cutoffs, but you can explore newer or less competitive NITs or institutes where the cutoffs might be lower.

Recommendation:

  • Check Cutoffs: Monitor the AEEE counseling cutoffs and the JEE Main counseling updates for Aerospace Engineering.

  • Multiple Rounds: Participate in all counseling rounds to maximize your chances.

You should have a strong chance of getting into Aerospace Engineering at Amrita University and might find opportunities in other institutions as well.

I would recommend you to use JEE college predictor tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.

Hi

hope you doing well

You still have a chance of securing admission to Amrita University with 86 percentile in JEE Mains 2024  for engineering programs, although your options may be limited depending on the specific campus and branch. Here are some key points to consider:

Amrita University accepts JEE Mains scores for admission alongside its own entrance exam, AEEE .

Since you couldn't take AEEE, your JEE Mains score will be your primary consideration for admission.

Branch Availability:

Computer Science Engineering (CSE): This is usually the most competitive branch, and the cutoffs are generally high. It might be challenging to secure a seat in CSE with an 86 percentile.

Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE): Similar to CSE, ECE is also popular, but you may have a better chance compared to CSE.

Mechanical, Civil, or Other Branches: You might have a better opportunity for branches like Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, as the cutoffs tend to be lower than those for CSE and ECE.

Best Wishes.

Hello there,

With a rank of 17,000 in the AEEE (Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering), you have a reasonable chance of getting admission to the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at Amrita University.

However, the final decision will depend on various factors, including:

  1. Previous Year Cutoff Trends : Check the previous year's closing ranks for CSE at the Amrita campus you're interested in, as these can fluctuate each year.

  2. Campus Preference : Different campuses of Amrita (e.g., Coimbatore, Bangalore, Amritapuri) may have varying cutoffs.

  3. Category Consideration : If you belong to a reserved category, this might also positively influence your chances.

It's advisable to participate in the counseling process and stay updated with the admission guidelines.

Good luck!
