How to Fill VITEEE 2025 Application Form - VIT University opened the VITEEE 2025 registration portal on November 4, 2024. Interested candidates can fill out the VIT entrance exam application in both offline and online modes. Candidates can find the VITEEE 2025 registration link on the website, viteee.vit.ac.in. The VIT application form 2025 last date is April 7, 2025. Vellore Institute of Technology aspirants must check the VITEEE eligibility criteria before filling out the VIT application form. The registered candidates can appear for the VITEEE entrance exam.
Candidates must fill out the VITEEE application form 2025 carefully and provide accurate details. The form-filling process for VITEEE 2025 comprises registration, filling in personal and academic details, uploading documents, and the payment of the application fee. Candidates can fill out the VITEEE 2025 application form by following the below steps
Step 1: New User VITEEE 2025 registration
Candidates will have to register by clicking on the “New User Register Here” button as visible on the screen.
After clicking it, candidates will reach the sign-up page where they will have to fill in the following details in VITEEE 2025 registration form

Date of birth (born on or after July 1, 2001)
Gender
Nationality
Mobile number
Email address
Verification code (as visible)
As soon as the candidate fills all the details, they will be required to click on the “Register” button. Following it, they will receive an OTP in their mobile number which candidates have to enter in the application window. After entering the OTP, candidates will receive VITEEE 2025 registration confirmation on their provided email address mentioning their username and password, which will be used for future logins.
Note - All the communications by exam authorities will be done on the registered mobile numbers and email addresses of the candidates, therefore, they should be valid.
Any request about a change of mobile number, email address and correspondence address will not be entertained by authorities under any circumstances.
Step 2: Login for Filling VITEEE 2025 Application Form
After receiving the username and password, candidates will have to click on “Registered Users” and login using these credentials. As soon as the candidates will submit them, they will reach the next page where they will have to fill the details in the application form.
Step 3: Click on application form
Candidates will have to fill in all the details as required in the application form for VITEEE 2025. Candidates are also advised to read the steps to be followed before filling out the application form of VIT entrance exam. Next, applicants will have to click on the VITEEE 2025 registration form to be able to move to the next page and fill in all the details - Personal, Educational, Fee Payment, Photograph & Signature uploading and downloading of the application.

After entering all the details, click on the submit and next button. The completion of this step will generate an application number and option for payment of VIT 2025 application form fees. As soon as the candidate selects the payment option - Net banking/ Credit/ Debit card and clicks on Proceed to pay, the following window will appear.
Step 5: Payment of fees
Here, candidates have to pay the VITEEE registration fee via Net banking/ Credit/ Debit card.
Candidates will have to:

Enter the card’s expiry date
Enter CVV number
Click on Pay now
General category candidates will have to pay Rs 1350(inclusive of GST) as an application fee. While Foreign candidates will be required to pay 90 USD in INR.
Step 6: Payment Confirmation
The application fee amount to be paid will be visible on the screen. Candidates will have to click on the confirm button and pay the requisite amount.
Step 7: Photo & Signature Upload
Candidates will have to upload their recent passport-size colour photograph and signature in the specified dimensions.
Photograph: Size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM in .jpeg or .jpg format.
Signature Image: Size should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM in .jpeg or .jpg format.
Selfie photos will not be allowed.
As soon as the images are uploaded, candidates need to click on the Save & Next button.
Step 8: Photo & Signature Confirmation
Candidates will be able to see their photograph and signature as uploaded and proceed to click on submit button, if satisfied. In case of any issue, they can delete it and upload it again.
Step 9: Filled in VITEEE 2025 application form download
After giving all the information, candidates will be able to download their filled-in VITEEE 2025 registration form. They can also choose to edit their application form and photo/ signature if they need to.
Candidates should not send the hard copy of the VITEEE 2025 registration form after the process of completion.
NRI and Candidates opting abroad to Test centres should pay USD 50 online mode using a credit card.
Candidates must provide the correct details in the application form.
They must submit the VITEEE 2025 registration form on or before the last date.
