KEE Application Details

KEE application form is available in online as well as offline mode. 


KEE application form with Pin mailer:


Candidates can apply using pin mailer available with the hard copy of KEE application form that contains application number and pass code along with it. Pin mailer should be sent to the university without any document like OMR sheet.


KEE application form online with DD:

Candidates can also apply for appearing in KEE by drawing a Demand Draft payable at Coimbatore Campus of Karunya University. After this, candidates will apply through an online window where details related to DD will be filled on the application form.

Once the application form is filled, candidates have to send via post the DD at the address given below mentioning their name, application number and the course applied for at the back side of the DD.

Candidates have to fill the following details on the application form:

  • Academic background including marksheet, name of university, etc
  • Contact details like mobile number and valid email id

Mode of payment:

The payment of application fee of KEE can be done through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking


Application Fees of KEE:

  1. Indian Nationals: Rs 750 (excluding service tax)
  2. NRI/Foreign Nationals: Rs 3000 or $50 (excluding service tax)

Important Points related to application form of KEE:

  • After filling all the above mentioned details, candidates will be do payment of application fees of KEE by any of the mode of payment chosen.
  • After payment of the fees, an Application No. or a pass code will be received by the candidate. 
  • Candidates can login to their account using application number and pass code generated at the time of registration of KEE.
  • Candidates have to upload a recent coloured photograph size photograph during online submission of application form.
  • A scanned copy of candidate’s signature in blue or black must be uploaded during online submission of form.
  • Candidates have to upload the scanned copies of their class XII and class X marksheet.
  • Scanned copy of Community Certificate if applicable.



KEE Eligibility Criteria

For regular B.Tech courses/branches:

  1. Candidates must have passed class XII or equivalent from a recognized board in the first attempt. 
  2. Those appearing for class XII or equivalent board exam can also apply for KEE.
  3. The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

For B.Tech in Bioinformatics, Biotechnology and Food Processing Engineering:

  1. Candidates must have passed class XII or equivalent from a recognized board in the first attempt. 
  2. Those appearing for their 12th board exam can also apply for KEE.
  3. The candidate must have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Maths/ Computer Science/ Botany/ Zoology.

KEE Counselling Details

Karunya University conducts single window counselling session for seat allotment after the candidates qualify KEE.


Steps for counselling of KEE

Step 1: Reporting for KEE counselling

  • Candidates qualifing in KEE are eligible for seat allotment process at the time of counselling. 
  • Karunya university conducts the counselling sesion based on the ranks secured and seat available for admissions in undergraduate engineering programmes. 
  • An SMS/Email from Karunya University is sent to the qualified candidates in this regard.

Step 2: Document Verification -

  • Candidates appearing in KEE  counselling must get their documents verified before the allocations of seats.
  • The candidates must bring the following documents in original along with a set of attested photo copies for the KEE Counselling
  1. KEE Hall Ticket / Rank card (must be self-attested)
  2. Marks Sheet of Class X
  3. Marks Sheet of Class XII (if available)
  4. Photo Identity Proof like the School ID, driving license, Passport etc.
  5. School Transfer Certificate, Marks sheet, progress report (any of the mentioned documents issued by the school during Class 12th)
  6. Christian Minority Certificate (if applicable)
  7. Proof for Jesus Call Partner (if applicable)
  8. Attested Community Certificate issued by Tahsildar / Revenue Officer / Magistrate
  9. Demand Draft in favour of "The Registrar, Karunya University" payable at Coimbatore. 

Step 3: KEE Seat Allotment -

  • After the document verification of candidates, the seats will be allotted to the candidates as per the merit wise rankings and the preferences filled by them.
  • Admission fees of KEE can be paid in cash or by demand draft which should be drawn in favour of The Registrar, Karunya University, Coimbatore.

Sorry but being a ENT specialist needs a mbbs degree . ENT specialisation is done after mbbs that is in PG. Whereas bds is a different score both cannot be done together
