OJEE Application Form 2019 - Odisha Joint Entrance Examination Board has ended the registration process for special OJEE 2019. The final date for registration was extended till July 13, 2019. All candidates who have not qualified JEE Main had to register for the special OJEE 2019 examination. The counselling registration form for OJEE 2019 for JEE qualified candidates who wished to participate in the web counselling had ended on June 30, 2019. Through OJEE 2019 counselling, such candidates will get admission to various B.Tech courses offered in the colleges in Odisha based on the JEE Main rank. OJEE 2019 application form filling process included the steps like registration, paying of fee, choice filling and locking etc. In order to register for OJEE counselling 2019, candidates had to submit their valid email ID and mobile number. Once registered, the application fee of OJEE 2019 had to be paid in online mode. While filling the application form of OJEE 2019 candidates had to fill and lock their choices in order of preference. How to Fill OJEE 2019 Application Form

Candidates who applied for OJEE 2019 had to fill the application form in online mode. However, before proceeding towards filling of application form, the following things had to be kept ready:

  • Valid email Id and mobile number

  • JEE Main 2019 details

  • Academic certificates for ready reference

  • Bank/credit/debit card details to make fee payment

Steps to Fill Online OJEE Application Form 2019

The steps like registration, entering details like academic and personal details, uploading of photographs and other documents were included while filling the OJEE 2019 application form. In order to fill the application form of OJEE 2019, the given below steps had to be followed. Since the registration process is over, the candidates can check the steps for reference purpose.

Step 1- Registration:

Get register before proceeding towards filling the application form. Read the guidelines mentioned in the counselling brochure and move to the registration process. What candidates need to remember is that only Internet Explorer (IE) 6.0 or above can be used to register for OJEE 2019. To register, candidates will have to enter the following details:

  • Visit and click on OJEE registration link.

  • Click on ‘New Registration’ tab.

  • Read and agree to all the terms and conditions given

  • Enter the following details:

    1. Course of study

    2. JEE Main 2019 Roll Number

    3. Date of Birth (DoB)

  • Click on “Submit”

On clicking submit, the candidate will be redirected to the next page which will furnish information of the candidates, added recently. Also, new fields will be available that have to be filled by the candidates:

  • Mobile number

  • Address

  • Bank details, etc.

To verify the mobile number, the candidate will receive OTP along with the other important information.

Create a and confirm password:

To make user account secure, candidates will have to create a password of their choice. The password should be between 8-13 characters which must contain the following of one each:

  • Capital letter

  • Small letter

  • numeric character

  • Special character [!,@,#,$,%,^,&,*]

Step 2- Payment of Registration-cum-Counselling fee:

Once the registration is done, candidates will have to pay the registration-cum-counselling fee in online mode only.

Step 3- Exercise of Choice Filling:

In order to exercise choice filling, follow the given below steps:

  • Go to ‘MENU bar’ and click on “fill choices” tab

  • An instruction page will appear, read it and proceed further

  • The choice of filling page of OJEE 2019 will consist of two blocks

Left block

It carries list of available colleges and branches in alphabetical order

Right block

It will display the selection made by the candidate

  • Select as many as choices in order of the preference.

Step 4- Mock Result:

On filling the choices, the mock allotment result for JEE Main qualified candidates was released by the admission authorities. It enabled candidate about their seat allotment status based on their choices. Looking at it candidate were able to make alterations to the choices before locking it.

Step 5- Locking of choices:

Once entered the choice and confirm about it, candidates will have to lock the choice. To lock the entered choice, candidates have to follow the below steps:

  • Click on ‘Lock’ tab

  • An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number

  • Submit the OTP and click ‘Submit’ tab

  • The choices entered by candidates will be locked

  • Take a printout of the locked choices by clicking on ‘print locked choice’ tab for future reference.

What Will Happen if a Candidate Misses to Lock Choices?

If a candidate missed locking the choices, authorities exercised last choices automatically and locked it. Locking of choices is a one-time facility and no changes were allowed after the given time frame.

Follow these steps :

Reset Password through Security Question
  • Visit the JEE Main official website - jeemain.nic.in
  • Click on Reset Password option
  • Answer the security question opted at the time of filling the application form.
  • Now enter the Verification Code that is sent on your Registered Mobile Number
  • Now Reset the Password and Login.

Yes you can. As spot round is a completely new process which does not relates to registration processes held earlier for the college. You can now fill the form for spot admissions as a fresh candidate . I wish the best for you in that spot participation.

I have lost my green card . what can i do in replacement for ojee councelling

Hey!

There is 5% reservation for Green Card holders in Odisha joint entrance examination counselling so in case you do not have the Green Card you are not eligible for getting  seat under the reservation for Green Card holders .you can get a seat under no reservation . Because green card is the only proof of you being a green card holder.

What does Ojee registration slip means? I cannot find any such slip in my login Id except allotment letter

Login to the offical website of OJEE Board. Go into my application there you will find your OJEE registration slip. Download it and keep it safely for future use.
