While filling the NERIST NEE application form, candidates have to provide their personal information. Below is the list of documents and information required while filling out the application form of NERIST NEE 2025.

  • An E-mail ID for registration and for receiving all future correspondence till the admission process is over and subsequently if admitted.

  • One Mobile Number to receive SMS-based notifications/communications related to the

  • Online application; Admit card etc till the admission process is over and subsequently, if admitted.

  • Facility with internet connectivity.

  • A recent scanned passport-size colour photograph (for scanning and uploading in ".JPEG/.JPG" format only. The file size of a scanned photograph should not be more than (100 KB).

  • Your scanned signature using a Blue/ Black pen on a white sheet (for scanning and uploading in ".JPEG/.JPG" format only. File size of scanned photograph should not be more than 100 KB).

NERIST NEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

NERIST will release the NERIST NEE eligibility criteria 2025 online. The eligibility criteria of NERIST NEE comprise of education qualification, age, domicile, and more. Candidates can check the NERIST eligibility criteria below.

NEE NEE-I Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have passed or must be appearing for class 10th from any recognized board.

  • Students should not be more than 19 years of age as of July 31, 2025.

NEE NEE-II Eligibility Criteria

  • Aspirants seeking admission through PCM courses should not be more than 23 years of age as of August 1, 2025, and should have passed class 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics

  • Candidates seeking admission through vocational courses must not be more than 23 years of age as of August 1, 2025, and should have passed in 10+2 (Vocational)/ITI/ NERIST Certificate in any one of the following streams or trades:

  1. Agricultural Engineering - Farm Equipment/Food Processing

  2. Civil Engineering - Construction Technology (Draftsmanship/Surveyor)

  3. Electronics and Communications Engineering - Electronics Technology or Electronics Maintenance

  4. Electrical Engineering - Electrical Technology or Electrical Maintenance

  5. Mechanical Engineering - Mechanical Craftsmanship/Automobile Technology and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&AC) are eligible.

  • Students seeking admission through PCB courses should not be more than 23 years of age as of August 1, 2025, and should have passed Class 12 (PCB)/ Higher Secondary (PCB) with Chemistry, Physics & Biology.

NEE NEE-III Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates should not be more than 30/33/35 years of age as of July 31, 2025 for (GEN/OBC and Female/SC or ST or PwD) and should have passed a 3-year diploma degree with a minimum 60% marks/CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 points scale or NERIST Diploma level with a minimum of CGPA 6.0

Steps to fill NERIST NEE Application Form 2025

The authority will activate the NERIST 2025 application form online. The eligible candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to fill out the NERIST NEE application form.

  • Visit the NERIST NEE official website - .neeonline.ac.in
  • Register yourself for the online application process
  • Activate your online application with the e-mail ID and Your Activation Code; send it to your submitted Email ID/Mobile No in the registration process.
  • Select the program type & program name
  • Check the eligibility criteria and confirm it.
  • Next, click on the “Application Details” tab and submit the required information in the application form.
  • Upload a scanned image file of the Photograph and Signature as per the specified format.
  • Fill out the academic and preferred exam centre details.
  • Step 9 - Finally, make the payment of the application fee in online mode.
