Across all three days, the AEEE paper clearly emphasised conceptual understanding, accuracy, and effective time management rather than direct or formula-based. Physics and Chemistry were generally moderate but included questions which are formula-based and application-oriented questions, requiring strong conceptual clarity. In particular, Organic Chemistry was reported as difficult in multiple shifts, adding to the overall complexity of the paper. Some shifts were not lengthy but still tricky, while others, especially certain afternoon shifts, were time-consuming, making time management a decisive factor. In chemistry, many questions are asked from named reactions, coordination chemistry and electrochemistry. In maths, questions were asked from permutation and combinations, matrices and determinants. In physics, questions were asked from modern physics, mainly formula-based questions of the photoelectric effect, and current electricity the questions of resistance, thermodynamics, waves and osicllations
Here, we have given the step-by-step process to calculate the marks for the exam:
Match your answers with the AEEE 2026 answer key and count how many answers are correct and how many are wrong.
Add 3 marks for every correct answer and subtract 1 mark for every wrong answer.
