AEEE Hall Ticket 2019 - Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham has released the hall ticket of AEEE 2019 for those candidates who chose the pen and paper mode of examination. Candidates can download their hall ticket by entering their application number and date of birth. For those candidates who selected the online mode of examination, the AEEE 2019 hall ticket/ admit card is available after booking the slot successfully. The slot booking for CBT has commenced from April 12. The computer-based test will be conducted on April 22, 24, 25 & 26 while pen and paper test is scheduled to be conducted on April 27 only in Tamil Nadu. Candidates must note that they are required to download the AEEE hall ticket 2019 which is a mandatory document. The admission authorities will not send the AEEE 2019 hall ticket through post. The hall ticket of AEEE 2019 will contain details like the name of the candidate, roll number, the address of the exam centre, date, time and slot of examination. Candidates should remember that they would not be allowed to appear in AEEE if they fail to present the document. The process to download the hall ticket of AEEE 2019 for both Pen & Paper (P&P) and Computer-Based Test (CBT) is explained below:
For pen and paper test (offline):

For computer based test
The candidates who will opt for the computer based test which will be held on April 22, 24, 25 & 26 in 3 slots per day will have to complete the slot booking procedure to generate the AEEE admit card 2019.
AEEE 2019 Slot Booking Process
To successfully book AEEE 2019 slot, the candidate will have to go through the following steps:
Step 1: Log-in
Candidates can log-in to the slot booking portal using their application number and date of birth.
Step 2: Selection of Test Centre
The candidate in this step will have to select a convenient test centre from the available list. After selecting a centre candidates have to click “Continue”
Step 3: Selection of Test Date
The candidate in this step will have to select a test date. Available options will be highlighted in green. After selecting a date, click “Next”
Step 4: Selection of Test Slot
In the final stage of booking a slot, the candidates must book a slot. The entrance exam is expected to be conducted in multiple slots. Available slots will be marked “Available” and highlighted in green. It must be noted that since hundreds of candidates may be accessing the slot booking portal simultaneously, sometimes even a slot that is marked available may not be allotted to the candidate, as it got allotted to another candidate. If that happens, the candidate needs to repeat the process to select another slot. After successfully booking a slot, the candidate will be able to download the AEEE hall ticket 2019.
Download and print AEEE 2019 Hall Ticket/ Admit Card
Once the slot booking process is completed AEEE hall ticket 2019 will be generated. Candidates will have to click on the option to print or download the hall ticket/admit card of AEEE 2019 which will be available.
AEEE 2019 Exam day Guidelines
Candidates appearing for AEEE 2019 must adhere to the mentioned below exam day guidelines prescribed by the authorities.
Candidates are advised to be present in the test centre at least 45 minutes before the scheduled time of the test. The time will be mentioned in the hall ticket of AEEE 2019
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall 30 minutes after the commencement of the test.
Only pen/pencil will be permitted inside the test centre.
While the verification at the examination centre, candidates need to produce their AEEE 2019 hall ticket along with the original photo Identity card. The identity card must bear the candidate’s photograph and date of birth. Voters ID/Passport/Aadhaar/PAN Card/Driving License/ ID Card issued by the Institute last attended/any other ID Card issued by the Central/State Governments can use to prove the identity at the registration desk.
Candidates will not be allowed to carry their belongings inside the exam centres. Mobile phone, cellular phones, palmtops, blue tooth device, any electronic device or unauthorized communication during the examination are not allowed in the examination hall.
For working purpose, a maximum of three paper sheets will be provided at the workstation. Candidates need to perform all the rough work in these sheets only, no additional material will be given. After the completion of the test, the used rough sheets have to be returned to the proctors before leaving the examination hall.
If a candidate is found doing any of the mentioned below activity, the administrator is authorized to dismiss their test session:
Attempting to take a test on behalf of someone else.
Creating any disturbance.
Talking to other test takers.
Attempting to tamper with the computer system – either hardware or software.
If found with calculators, slide rules, pagers, cell phones, concealed microphones, wireless devices or any other material that may aid in answering questions.
