After enterance exams like SRMJEEE, VITEEE, AEEE, SAEEE.... when we are selected for counselling... Will the state board percentage will be considered or else the minimum eligibility of percentage is only seen..?

Sharon K Rose Student Expert 24th May, 2020

Hello,

Admission through the entrance exam will be based on merit in the entrance exam. The minimum percentage is specified so as to set an eligibility criteria only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are eligible to appear.Your class 12 marks are not considered while determining the rank except few entrance exam like EAMCET where class 11 and 12 marks are considered.Scoring the minimum percentage specified will make you eligible to get admission if you qualify in the entrance exam.

I wanna know about srm college. if I crack the srmjeee exam than the fees will cost the same as of private college

Aditi amrendra Student Expert 22nd May, 2020
Hello,

The fees in SRM institute for B.tech course would cost you around 2,50,000 per annum. That makes around 10 lakhs for the engineering degree course.
And there is no provision of concession on fees bases on SRMJEEE examination. However, you may get scholarship or fee waivers in the college based on your academics.

I hope this helps.

Apoorva Lohumi 10th May, 2020
Hey aspirant
It looks like that there has been some incomplete section left in the application form by mistake.
On the contrary, it could be some technical error too.
I'd suggest you to check your form once again and if the problem persists, write to the University helpdesk.
admissions.india@srmist.edu.in
Mail them complete details of the problem you're facing along with appropriate screenshot of the notifications you're receiving. They'll help you.
Hope this helps..
