Based on the current rules and your situation:
JEE Attempt Count: The JEE Advanced attempt count is based on the year in which you first appeared for the Class 12 exams. Since you were absent in 2023-24 and didn't appear for any exams, this year will not be counted as an attempt.
2024-25 as First Attempt: Since you are appearing in 2024-25 as a regular candidate, this will be considered your first attempt for JEE Advanced eligibility.
Eligibility for JEE Advanced 2025 & 2026:
Hence, you will be eligible for JEE Advanced 2025 and 2026, with 2024-25 considered as your first attempt year.
