Ask your question related to JEE Main

Through JoSAA after 6 rounds you will need to register for the CSAB counselling, with the rank of 42911 it is difficult to get any top tier nit or iiit like surathkal etc, but you have chances for newer, lower to middle level nit's and iit's in courses like civil, mechanical, etc.

For VITEEE preparation, there are some good online coaching platforms you can check out. Aakash BYJU’S, Unacademy, Vedantu, and Physics Wallah all offer online courses that cover the VITEEE syllabus. These platforms provide video lectures, mock tests, practice questions, and doubt solving sessions. You can choose the one that suits your learning style and budget.

Getting under AIR 100 in JEE Advanced in 6 months is very tough but possible if you already have strong basics and are scoring high in JEE Main-level tests. You'll need 10–12 hours of focused daily study, advanced problem-solving, and regular mock tests. If you're starting from scratch, it's unlikely, but you can still aim for a good IIT rank with consistent effort.

IISc Bangalore does not offer a B.Tech or undergraduate program in Aeronautical Engineering through JEE Main. IISc offers a B.Sc (Research) program for undergraduate students, and admission to this is possible through JEE Advanced, not JEE Main.

For M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at IISc, admission is through GATE, not JEE.

If you are interested in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering at the undergraduate level, you should target IITs like IIT Bombay, Kanpur, Kharagpur, or Madras. These branches usually require a rank within 1500 to 3000 in JEE Advanced for general category students. JEE Main is only used as a qualifier for JEE Advanced in this path.

With 91.2 percentile in JEE Main 2025 as an OBC candidate, your approximate category rank would be around 25,000 to 30,000. Based on past trends:

For NIT Bhopal (MANIT):
Most branches, including lower-demand ones like Mechanical or Civil, usually close for OBC candidates within 20,000 category rank. So with your rank, getting a seat in NIT Bhopal is unlikely.

For IIIT Bhopal:
Branches like CSE or Data Science typically close around 9,000 to 14,000 OBC rank. With a rank above 25,000, chances here are also very low.

No, with a JEE Main rank of 30,551 in 2025, getting admission into Mechanical Engineering at SPCE (Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai) is unlikely. SPCE primarily admits students through the MHT CET under the Maharashtra State CAP counselling process. While it does accept a limited number of JEE Main candidates, the closing ranks for Mechanical Engineering are generally much lower—often below 10,000 for general category students. Since your rank is higher than the typical cutoffs, the chances of securing a seat in this branch at SPCE are very slim unless there is a significant drop in demand or vacancies arise in later rounds.

With a JEE Main 2025 rank of 30,551, getting Mechanical Engineering at SPCE is unlikely. SPCE mostly fills seats via MHT CET, and JEE Main cutoffs for Mechanical are usually below 18,000. You may still get other colleges or branches with your rank.

Hello,

To qualify for the JEE Advanced, you need to score a certain percentile or above. This percentile may change depending on those years competition. Generally you need a percentile of 93-94 to qualify for the JEE Advanced. So, every year only 250,000 candidates from the JEE Mains out of all candidates qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.

I hope it resolves your query!!

Hello,

Yes, you can join AI and Data Science through REAP without JEE Main. REAP gives admission based on Class 12 marks also.

If you are from Jodhpur, you can apply under the Rajasthan state quota. Make sure you meet the eligibility criteria and apply on time.

Hope it helps !
