    CSAB Vacant Seats 2026 After JoSAA: The Central Seat Allocation Board will release the CSAB 2026 vacant seats on July 28. Candidates will be able to check CSAB vacant seats after JOSAA on csab.nic.in. The CSAB vacant seats 2026 after JoSAA will include institution- and branch-wise seats available in NITs, IITs and GFITs. Along with the CSAB vacant seats release, CSAB special round registration and choice filling will also begin on July 28, 2026. Those who are not able to secure their seat through JoSAA by any chance or wish to participate in the special round should carefully check the vacant seat matrix before submitting their choices.

    After all JoSAA 2026 counselling rounds are completed, many engineering college seats remain unfilled. These seats become available because some candidates withdraw from counselling, fail to report to their allotted institute, do not complete admission formalities, or choose admission through another institute or counselling process. Therefore, the Central Seat Allocation Board conducts CSAB Special Rounds for NITs, IITs and GFITs to fill the remaining seats. The CSAB vacant seats 2026 include detailed information about the seat available across the participating institutes and help candidates to make informed decisions during the choice filling period.
