An aspirant must know how the JEE Main percentile score is calculated? The authority uses a formula to bring out the percentile score. This process is called a JEE Main normalisation formula. Raw Score: The JEE Main marks that candidates get out of a total 300 marks is called the raw score. The raw score is obtained by adding the 4 marks for each correct answer and deducting 1 for each wrong answer and giving zero for unattempted questions.
