Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh will conduct the entrance exam for UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020 tentatively in the third week of April. UPSEE Lateral Entry Eligibility 2020

Candidates seeking admission to 2nd year of engineering degree course should ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities. Candidates failing to meet any criteria will not be allowed to participate in the admission process. The detailed eligibility criteria of the UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020 are mentioned below.

  • Candidates should have qualified the 3-year engineering diploma course from a recognized institute in Uttar Pradesh or candidates whose parents are domicile of U.P. will be eligible to apply.

  • Candidates should have passed the diploma engineering course with at least 45% aggregate marks. For candidates belonging to SC/ST category, the minimum required aggregate marks is 40%.

  • Candidates should have passed three years B.Sc. degree and class 12th with Mathematics as one of the compulsory subjects.

  • Candidates who are appearing for their final semester exam are also eligible to apply for UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020, but only if they meet the eligibility criteria by the time of counselling.

UPSEE Lateral Entry Admit Card 2020

The admit card of UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020 will be released on the official website tentatively in the third week of April. Candidates will have to download it from the official website and should check that the details mentioned in the admit card is correct. In case of any discrepancies, candidates should contact the helpline as soon as possible. Without admit card of UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination. UPSEE Lateral Entry Result 2020

The authorities will declare the results of the UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020 tentatively in the first week of June. Candidates can check their result on the official website by clicking on the “Result” link. The result will consist of the total marks scored by the candidates in the examination along with some other details.

UPSEE Lateral Entry Merit List 2020

All the candidates who will qualify the UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020 will be a part of a merit list that will be released by the authorities after the declaration of result. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of a candidate in UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020 and a separate merit list will be prepared for each course.

UPSEE Lateral Entry Counselling 2020

All the candidates who will be a part of the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling of UPSEE Lateral Entry 2020. The authorities will release a notification regarding the counselling schedule and candidates should make sure that they reach for the counselling on the scheduled date and time.

UPSEE Lateral Entry Seat Allotment 2020

After counselling, authorities will allot the seats to the candidates in the order of merit to all the students who take part in the counselling. All the candidates should reach the allotted institute on the date and time prescribed by the authorities. Failing to report on time will lead to forfeiture of a seat. Candidates will have to deposit the college fees and confirm their seat while reporting to the institute.

what is expected cutoff for upsee?

While preparing the cutoff of UPSEE 2020, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination. The list of factors have been mentioned below:

  • Difficulty level of the exam

  • Previous year cutoff trends

  • Number of available seats

  • Total number of candidates who attempted the examination

  • Number of candidates who qualified the examination

Minimum expected marks for general and OBC category may be around 25% and for SC and ST, it will may be around 20%.

Upsee (uttar pradesh state engineering exam) is a state level engineering exam for uttar Pradesh.the total number of colleges through upsee is 261.exam mode is offline.total number of test takers is 150000.you can check upcoming details for exam on its official website.registration is likely to be start from january.admit card will be available from April and exam will be conducted in April and result will be given in June.
