IOCL Recruitment through GATE 2020 – IOCL has released a notification stating that the application form for IOCL recruitment through GATE 2020 will be released after the admit card of GATE 2020 is made available i.e., tentatively after January 3. Indian Citizens who have graduated in disciplines like Civil, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering will be applicable for the IOCL recruitment through GATE 2020. The final date for application for IOCL recruitment through GATE 2020 will be tentatively in the last week of March. Selected candidates will be recruited as Graduate Engineer and Officers based on the basis of their GATE 2020 scores and performance in the interview. IOCL recruitment through GATE will be available for Mechanical, civil, electrical and chemical. The application form for IOCL Recruitment through GATE 2020 is for the post of Graduate Engineers, as engineers/Officers, Post Graduate Engineers and Post Graduate candidate in Chemistry as Assistant officer. Aspirants must have passed qualifying degree examinations and awarded bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology (full time regular courses only
For M.Tech candidates
Candidates pursuing their M.Tech are also eligible to apply, however, their graduation should be in the specified disciplines only. They are also required to apply and qualify in GATE 2020 in the specified GATE paper for each discipline.
For Integrated ME/ M.Tech candidates
Such candidates are also eligible to apply given they have completed or are completing the course requirement for BE/ B.Tech in one of the core disciplines advertised and have completed (or are completing ME/M.Tech by August, 2020).
During the time of selection and interview, the candidates must possess and produce both BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech degrees.
Who’s not Eligible?
Candidates having completed or who are pursuing their graduation in combined/integrated disciplines/inter-disciplinary subjects like Mechatronics/Robotics etc will not be considered eligible.
General and OBC (NCL) category candidates must have a secured at least 65% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination, whereas for SC/ST and PwD candidates the eligibility is minimum 55% aggregate marks.
Final year students
At the time of applying
Candidates belonging to General & OBC-NCL categories must have secured minimum 65% aggregate marks
Candidates of SC/ST/PWD categories are required to have obtained at least 55% aggregate marks

At this stage, enter personal, academic and address details.
Candidates must have downloaded their GATE 2020 admit card and must use the GATE 2020 registration number mentioned therein to log in.
Care should be taken to enter the correct GATE 2020 registration number and the exact name as used during GATE registration.
Enter the other requisite information as asked.
Finally, click on Submit button for application submission. After the application submission, a unique IOCL application ID/number is generated along with the submitted application form. Candidates must note this IOCL application number/ID and keep it safe.
Further, candidates must download the IOCL Recruitment 2020 application form and take print out of the same for future reference. Candidates must affix a passport photograph (identical to one used in GATE 2020) on the printed application form and put the signature at the designated place and keep it ready for verification purposes if selected and called for GD/GT and Interview.
Candidates who qualify in GATE 2020 in the respective discipline will be eligible for shortlisting if they meet the criteria. IOCL has released the shortlisting status of the candidates on its official website.
Candidates shortlisted will have to participate in Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT) and Personal Interview (PI) for assessment of different facets of knowledge, skill, attitude and aptitude in case and thus the recruitment will be done.
The final merit will be prepared discipline-wise. In order to be considered for the merit list, the candidates are required to secure minimum 40% marks in GD/GT and PI.

there are any rare posting through gate as those organisation are not high in number. They declare openings. you have keep track of it and apply accordinly to get an opportunity to go through the selection process and get a job at a space center. Few days back ISRO has opened many vacancies. if you are eligible then you can apply for it. just go to the official page and apply.
