JEE Main Notification 2027 - The National Testing Agency will release the JEE Main 2027 notification in the last week of September 2026, as per last year's details. The official link to download the JEE Mains 2027 notification PDF will be available on jeemain.nta.nic.in. Soon after the release, JEE Mains notification PDF download link will be updated on this page. The notification of JEE Main 2027 will include important information such as application form dates, admit card release date, exam date, result, and more. JEE Mains 2027 registration will start in October 2026. The final dates will be revealed along with the JEE Mains official notification. National Testing Agency will conduct the JEE Main 2027 in January & April 2027. The JEE Main exam will be held in online mode.

According to the official JEE Mains notification, aspirants who have cleared class 12th/equivalent in 2025/2026 or are taking the exam in 2027 will be able to appear in the exam without any age limit. As per JEE Main 2027 eligibility criteria, aspirants should have passed the 12th exam from a recognised Central/State Board.

National Testing Agency will announce the registration dates in the short JEE Mains notification 2027 pdf. The session 1 registration will be activated tentatively in the last week of October 2026. Candidates should keep all the documents handy to apply for JEE Main examination easily and fast. The application window will remain open for 28-29 days. Below are the main steps to apply for JEE Mains 2027.
To apply for the JEE Main examination, candidates will have to follow these steps:
Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
On the homepage, click on the link for JEE Main registration.
A new page will open, where candidates will need to register by providing the required details.
After successful registration, log in to your account.
Complete the application form and pay the application fee.
Click on "Submit" and download the application page for your records.
Keep a hard copy of the application form for future reference.

A valid email address and mobile number for receiving messages from NTA.
Only the Class 10 certificate needs to be uploaded; both Class 10 certificates are required for reference, but not for uploading.
Aadhaar card with updated details.
A clear scanned copy of a recent photograph and signature.
Updated OBC-NCL/EWS candidates must provide the certificate's category number, issue date, and the issuing authority's name (uploading the certificate is not necessary).
PwD/PwBD candidates must upload a scanned copy of the relevant certificate updated with recent information.
Prepare details for fee payment through net banking, credit card, debit card, or UPI.
NTA will release the examination pattern along with the official JEE Main 2027 notification. According to the revised pattern of the previous year, Section B of each subject will no longer offer choices; candidates must attempt all 5 number questions. Section A contains 20 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) per subject, and Section B includes 10 numerical questions, with all 5 being compulsory. The JEE Main question paper will consist of three subjects: physics, chemistry and mathematics, with 25 questions per subject, totalling 75 questions.
