Tips for Online JEE Main 2020 Preparation
Join an Online Coaching- There are many coaching institutes which provide online courses for JEE Main preparation. Candidates can simply join these online classes by coaching institutes for JEE Main 2020. These institutes have expert faculties which are available for solving any kind of doubts of the candidates. These institutes also provide online study material for JEE Main like short notes, important notes, etc. which are helpful for cracking the exam. These coachings also conduct mock tests for JEE Main; attempting which candidates can know their position among the number of candidates who appeared in the test.
Video Lectures- If the candidates are unable to join any online coaching or don’t want to join any such coaching, they can study from various video lectures available on Youtube channel. Candidates can find various lectures on a particular topic. Candidates can also access video lectures by IIT professors on “Swayam” Platform. The most important advantage of these video lectures is that candidates can watch them anytime as per their convenience.
Mock Tests- Candidates can practice official JEE Main mock tests provided by the authorities at the official website nta.ac.in. Candidates can simply click on the “mock test” link and practice official tests available on the website. Other than this, there are many other websites that provide mock tests for the exam. Candidates are advised to practice more and more mock tests as these are based on the actual pattern of the exam. Attempting these mock tests on a regular basis also increases the speed and time management skills of the candidates. JEE Main mock tests also help the candidates in analysing their performance. Candidates are able to check the mistakes done by them in the mock test and also identify their weak and strong areas. After which candidates can work upon their weak areas to boost their performance and increase their chances of clearing the exam. MHRD has also launched “National Testing Abhyas” app for mock tests.
Be Regular- In order to study online, candidates must be disciplined and regular in their studies. Candidates should make a time table in which they should divide their time for video lectures/online classes, mock tests and chapters to be studied.
