NFL Recruitment through GATE 2024 – National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) will conduct the recruitment of Management Trainees through GATE 2024. The application form for NFL recruitment will be released after the announcement of the GATE results in March 2024. Candidates applying for NFL Recruitment through GATE 2024 must be graduate engineers in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials, Computer Science/ IT and Civil Engineering.
Scoring 70 marks in the GATE exam usually results in a rank between 50 and 500, depending on the engineering branch.
The shortlisting of candidates for the NFL Recruitment through GATE 2024 will be based on valid GATE scores. However, this recruitment will be based on GATE 2024 scores only. The shortlisting of eligible candidates will be on the basis of the GATE 2024 scores which will be given 80% weightage. The personal interview will be given 20% weightage. The list of selected candidates will be announced after the preparation of the merit list considering the marks scored by the candidates in GATE and the personal interview.

Training/ Probation for NFL Recruitment through GATE 2024: Selected candidates will be selected as management trainees and will have to undergo one year’s training. Thereafter after successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers / Officers
Pay Scale & Emoluments: During the initial one-year training period, candidates will be placed in the pay scale of 16400-3%-40500 with basic pay of Rs. 16400/-. After successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers / Officers on a pay scale of Rs. 16400-3%- 40500 with a basic pay of Rs. 16900/.
Service Bond: Selected candidates must execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. 20,000/- for SC, ST and PWDs candidates) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the training
