Uttarakhand M.Tech Admission 2019 - Uttarakhand Technical University has released the result of Uttarakhand M.Tech Admission 2019. The entrance examination of Uttarakhand M.Tech Admission 2019 was conducted on May 18. The admit card of Uttarakhand M.Tech Admission 2019 was released on May 13 and the application process had commenced on April 27. Candidates were able to fill and submit the application form till May 11, 2019. The authorities will conduct admissions to PG programmes in engineering through Uttarakhand M.Tech Admission 2019. Admission to M.Tech courses will be first on the basis of GATE scores. For filling seats that are left after exhausting GATE-qualified candidates, an entrance exam was conducted by the institute on May 18. Uttarakhand M.Tech 2019 counselling will take place for shortlisted candidates. Candidates belonging to General/OBC categories are required to have 60% in B.Tech or equivalent. However, SC/ST candidates must have only 55%.
Along with that, the candidates must have valid GATE scores in order to be exempted from the entrance examination.
Admission to M.Tech courses will be through two channels:
Direct admission of GATE-qualified candidates: Seats will be first offered to GATE-qualified candidates. In case there are vacant seats left then non GATE candidates will be offered seats after accommodating all the available GATE-qualified candidates.
Entrance exam for non-GATE candidates: Candidates belonging to this category had to appear in an entrance exam that was conducted by the institute. Based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance exam, a merit list of non-GATE candidates would be prepared for filling vacant seats.
Candidates had to fill the application form of Uttarakhand M.Tech admission 2019 in online mode. Candidates had to note that the application form was different for GATE-qualified candidates and for those who will be appearing in the entrance exam.
Candidates had to fill the personal and academic details along with the address of communication.
Candidates had to upload the essential documents in the prescribed format.
After ensuring the entered information is correct, the candidate had to submit the application form.
Payment of application fee: Candidates had to pay the application fee in the form of a demand draft drawn in favor of “Finance Controller, Uttarakhand Technical University” payable at Dehradun.Application Fee -

The authorities had released the admit card of Uttarakhand M.Tech 2019 for the registered candidates on May 13 in online mode. Candidates had to download the admit card using their registration number and date of birth and take a print out of it.

Uttarakhand M.Tech Counselling 2019The counselling and seat allotment of Uttarakhand M.Tech 2019 will commence in June. During counselling, seats will be first offered to GATE candidates according to the merit list. Non-GATE candidates who are shortlisted based on marks of the entrance exam will be called for counselling after accommodating all available GATE candidates.
The participating institutes of Uttarakhand M.Tech 2019 are the institutes where the candidate will be allotted seats based on their performance in the entrance exam or GATE scores. Dear Pramod, IIT Delhi has closed registrations for GATE 2020 as on October 5th, 2019 along with late fees. Now the correction window has been opened.
