Since the correction window is closed, you can't change the enrollment number online. You should immediately contact the JEE Main authority and email them with proof to see if they can help, as this is the only remaining option. Yes, you can clear the exam in one and a half month if you study with the right strategy. With around 30 marks in JEE Main, it will be difficult to get into NITs and IITs, but you may be able to get admission into some private colleges or state-level government colleges through state-quota seats. It's also recommended to check your state's engineering admission process.
