REAP Counselling & Seat AllotmentREAP Counselling & Seat Allotment 2018 - The admission conducting authority will conduct REAP 2018 Counselling & Seat Allotment tentatively from the third week of May 2018 onwards. Counselling and seat allotment of REAP 2018 will be conducted separately for Rajasthan state candidates and Out of Rajasthan candidates. There will be total four rounds of REAP 2018 counselling – 1 round for Out of Rajasthan candidates and 3 rounds (including spot/special round) for Rajasthan State candidates. Candidates who plan to participate in REAP counselling 2018 will have to get registered and exercise choice filling. If a candidate doesn’t participate in main round of REAP 2018 counselling, he/she can participate in spot round; for this round there will be separate registration and choice filling. Candidates can register for REAP on the basis of JEE Main score or Class XII percentile, but the former will be given preference. Seat allotment will be based on combined merit list, options entered by candidate, and availability of seats. REAP general instruction

  • To participate in counselling of REAP 2018, candidates must mandatorily get registered

  • Candidate need to register only once (including special/spot round).

  • Registration for main rounds will open tentatively in 3rd week of May

  • Candidates who didn’t fill the registration form for the main rounds can register for the special round, when registration will open again.

  • Registration can be done based on JEE Main 2018 rank or Class 12 percentile, with JEE Main candidates given preference during REAP 2018 counselling.

  • Two separate REAP merit lists will be prepared – one for JEE Main candidates and other for Class 12 percentile candidates. The lists will be then combined, to prepare a combined merit list.

  • The cadidates will be able to check their merit in the combined list by logging into their REAP 2018 accounts

  • Allotment of seat will be done on the basis of the rank of the candidate in combined list, availibility of seats and preference of choices made.

  • Counselling wll be done online through a centralized counselling system.

  • Options/Choices filling will be allowed only once (except in special round)

  • If no choices are submitted by the candidate, then choices will automatically get locked and submitted after last date of submission.

  • Aadhaar card is mandatory for joining at the Reporting Institute.

 

Online REAP 2018 Couselling Procedure

 

To participate in counselling of REAP 2018, the candidate has to follow the following steps:

 

Step 1 – Registration 

  • Payment of Registration fee: Pay non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 700 online. The challan number generated during payment is the default login id.

  • Filling of registration form: Candidates have to next enter their email id and mobile number, and other necessary personal, educational, category, and communication details.

  • Uploading of Photograph in the prescribed format

  • Submit the form: After making sure the REAP counselling form 2018 is complete in all respects, submit it.

Upon successful registration, candidates will receive the login details in their registered email id and mobile number.

Step 2 – Option/Choice Filling

  • Payment of Advance fee of Rs. 10000, which will be adjusted at the time of admission.

  • Choice filling: Only those candidates who have made the advance payment will be able to exercise choice filling. The choices entered must be in the order of preference

  • Submit the choices/options: No correction is allowed once the option form is submitted, so due care must be taken when filling choices.

Note: If the candidate does not exercise choice filling, choices will automatically get locked and submitted on the last date of submission.

 

REAP Seat Allotment 2018

Counselling and seat allotment of REAP 2018 will be conducted separtely for Out of Rajasthan and Rajasthan state candidates.

 

Counselling and Seat Allotment for Out of Rajasthan Candidates

REAP 2018 counselling and seat allotment for Out of Rajasthan candidates will comprise only one round of counselling (Stage I). The process is explained below.

  • Generation of Allotment letter: Candidates who are alloted seats will have to download the allotment letter online by logging into their accounts

  • Reporting to alloted institute: On the day of reporting, the candidate has to bring along all necessary documents, including allotment letter, and one set of photocopies of all the documents. Also, the candidate will have to report online through the allotted institute.

  • Payment of Balance fee – it is be the amount that has to be paid after deducting advance fee of Rs. 10000

Counselling and seat allotment for Rajasthan state Candidates

There will be total three rounds of REAP 2018 counselling and seat allotment for Rajasthan state candidates. The allotment process for all three rounds, including the special (or last) round is given below:

Round I

  • Download the allotment letter

  • Report at alloted institute with original documents and one set of photocopies

  • Don’t deposit original documents in first reporting institute.

  • Candidate will report online through the alloted institute

  • Pay the balance fee

  • Candidate may opt for upward movement/withdrawal in this round

Round II

(Upward Movement)

  • Candidates who are alloted new/ higher preference have to report at the newly alloted institute and follow the same procedure as in Round I

  • However, candidates will have to deposit all their original documents at last reported institute.

  • The candidate can opt for online withdrawal through last reported institute

Special Round

The special round will be held after completion of the first two normal rounds. Candidates who haven’t yet registered can register and participate in this round. Already registered candidates, however, needn’t register again.

 

The following candidates can participate in REAP 2018 counselling and seat allotment special round upon payment of the applicable fee:

  1. Rajasthan Domicile Candidates with JEE Main 2018 scores

  2. Rajasthan Domicile Candidates who registered on basis of Class XII percentile

  3. Out of Rajasthan Candidates with JEE Main scores

  4. Out of Rajasthan Candidates registering on basis of Class XII percentile

Document checklist for REAP 2018 Counselling

At the time of REAP counselling 2018, the candidate has to bring along:

  • Provisional Seat Allotment letter

  • Printout of completed registration form of REAP attested with proper photograph

  • A recent colour photograph

And, self attested photocopy and originals of the following documents:

  • JEE Main 2018 scorecard (If any)

  • Class 12 marksheet

  • Class 10 Board certificate ( as proof of DOB)

  • Consolidated grade/mark sheet of qualifying examination

  • Category certificate

  • Undertaking by OBC/SBC candidates

  • Certificate for PwD candidates (If applicable)

  • Certificate for Ex-servicemen (If applicable)

  • Domicile certificate
