Stream 2 - Diploma in Commercial Practice/Diploma in Computer Application and Business Management
The authority conducted the Kerala Polytechnic counselling online. Candidates needed to submit the application form to participate in the Kerala Polytechnic admission. Based on the marks entered by the candidates, the authority will release the rank list and seat allotment. Candidates allotted seats have to report to the institutes along with the required documents. Kerala Polytechnic counselling and seat allotment will be done in two rounds, followed by a spot round.
In order to allow students to know their probable chances of getting admission, the authorities will release a trial allotment. This will help candidates to change or edit the preferable course and institute choices depending upon their chances of admission. Candidates must submit their choices by the last date.
At the time of filling out the Kerala Polytechnic 2025 application form, candidates have to select courses and institutes according to their preferences. After seat allotment, if candidates are allotted first preferred seats then they have to report at the allotted institute on the scheduled date. Failing to do so will result in the forfeiture of the seat.
If the seat allotted to a candidate is not a first preferred seat but still he or she wants to keep it then a candidate has to cancel the higher preferences and also has to report at the allotted institute on the scheduled date.
However, if a candidate doesn’t wish to keep a lower preferred allotted seat then he or she will have to participate in the subsequent rounds to keep the chances of being allotted a first preference seat. To do so, a candidate has to report at the polytechnic college and submit a higher option. Also, get a confirmation of a report.
