The direct link for the mock test of MET 202 has been updated here. MET 2026 mock test is a replica of the actual Manipal BTech exam. Registered candidates receive the link to access the official MET mock test 2026 in their email IDs. Solving the MET mock test helps aspirants understand the MET exam pattern. The authority will conduct the first day of the MET phase 1 exam 2026 on April 13, 2026 and then on April 14, 2026. In MET B.Tech paper 2026, there will be 2 types of questions:
Multiple Choice Questions - In the case of MCQ, candidates have to read the question carefully and select the right answer by selecting the radio button next to the answer option.
Numerical Answer Type- In the case of NAT, you are required to type the answer in the text box provided. The format in which the answers are to be typed/entered is as under
Numerical answers up to 2 decimal places may be entered (as appropriate).
For example, 1.355 OR 1.357 is to be entered as 1.36 & 1.354 is to be entered as 1.35.
No other punctuations except for decimal points are allowed in the answer.
Positive Numbers: 7 / 88 / 0.2 / 1.36 etc (+ve sign by default / should NOT be typed OR entered deliberately).
Negative Numbers: -7/-88/- 0.2/-1.36 etc (-ve sign should be typed/entered deliberately).
The status of questions and answers in the mock test of MET 2026 can be understood through the following colour codes-

The following are the system requirements for the mock test of Manipal 2026.
Operating System – Windows 10 (Pro, Enterprise, and Education editions) / Windows 8/8.1 (32-bit and 64-bit) (all editions) / Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) (all editions)
Note - Up-to-date Service pack, device drivers, and security patches in the test-taking system.
Processor: 2 core (4 vCPU) or above with 2.2 GHz or more clock speed
RAM: 2 GB or above
Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 and Above
Browser - The latest version of Chrome
Internet: 2 MBPS or more - dedicated and continuous connectivity. (Wired or wireless networks). Candidate test-taking terminals will be directly connected to the cloud server.

Along with the mock test of MET 2026, candidates are advised to also attempt sample papers. MET sample papers are also designed in a pattern that is similar to that of the actual Manipal University exam.
All the registered candidates can attempt the MET mock test 2026 on the scheduled date and time only.
However, if a candidate fails to appear for the mock test of MET 2026 on the scheduled slot, the login would be enabled in the immediate next batch only on the same day.
It must be noted that the MET practice test 2026 is to be held in three batches: 9 am, 12.30 pm, and 4.00 pm.
Also, for batch three candidates, login would be active till 7.30 pm only on the scheduled day.
Candidates must note that the section they select first will be displayed as the first section by default.
Candidates have to complete one section and switch to the next, as once they switch from one section, they will not be allowed to revisit.
Candidates are allowed to attempt the mock test of MET 2026 only once. They can check the Manipal mock test result after attempting the met practice test.
Once the candidate clicks on the “End Test” button, a summary of the MET 2026 mock test will appear on the screen. The summary will include the details of the number of questions answered, unanswered, and marked for review in each section by the candidate in the mahe mock test papers.

Candidates will have the option to click “Yes” or “No” on the summary page. On clicking “Yes”, a dialogue box will appear to confirm your decision. Please click on “Confirm” to end the test OR click on “Cancel” to resume.
Once the candidate clicks on the “Yes” button and confirms to end the test, his/her MET 2026 mock test score will appear on the screen.
