    Candidates applying for DTE Kerala Polytechnic should be citizens of Indian

    Nativity

    Candidates should be a native of Kerala, or

    They should have undergone the qualifying exam from an institution in Kerala State, or

    One of the parents should be a permanent employee in the Central/ State/ Quasi Government/ Public Sector undertaking in Kerala State

    Academic Qualification

    Candidates who passed SSLC/THSLC or equivalent exam

    Candidates having passed the qualifying exam with Mathematics, English and Science subjects are eligible to apply for both stream I and stream II.

    Candidates having passed the qualifying exam in Mathematics and English are eligible to apply for stream II.

    Additional Condition

    Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in one or two chances. Those who passed after more than two chances will not be eligible for Kerala Polytechnic 2026 admission

    Kerala Polytechnic Counselling and Seat Allotment 2026

    Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala, is responsible for conducting the counselling and seat allotment process for Kerala Polytechnic admission 2026. After the conclusion of registration, the authority will release the Kerala Polytechnic second allotment online.
