Assam CEE Counselling 2019 - Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam has conducted the round 4 counselling (Final Round) for vacant seats in B.Tech courses at all the participating institutes. Students who have been allotted a seat need to report to the allotted institute on August 9 with all the documents and allotment letter. The round 3 seat allotment was done on July 29 and 30 at Assam Engineering Institute, Chandmari, Guwahati. The 2nd round counselling process was conducted from July 2 to 4, 2019 in offline mode. The selected candidates have to report at the allocated college with allotment letter, original documents and required admission fee on July 8. The first round counselling was held from June 10 till June 15 in offline mode. Students can find below the detailed schedule for counselling of Assam CEE 2019. Candidates who hav qualified the written exam can participate in the counselling as per the schedule. Candidates need to be present physically at the notified venue to participate in Assam CEE counselling 2019. The counselling of Assam CEE 2019 is being conducted as per the merit list; if there are vacant seats left after Phase I subsequent rounds may be held. In order to participate in Assam CEE 2019 counselling candidates will have to fill and submit the form which will be provided at the venue. Along with filling the form, candidates will be required to pay the counselling fee. Candidates will have to carry their original documents at the counselling venue for verification. The seat will be allotted to candidates as per their merit rank in Assam CEE, courses and colleges preference and availability of seats. Assam CEE Counselling 2019
The Assam CEE 2019 counselling has started from June 10. All the eligible and shortlisted candidates need to participate in the counselling of Assam CEE 2019 as per the schedule released. In order to be a part of counselling process, candidates will have to first pay the counselling fee of Rs. 700 as requisite. The counselling is conducted in offline mode. Candidates will have to visit the counselling venue along with the filled forms (A, B, C) and photocopies/ original documents at the allotted time and date.

How to Fill Assam CEE 2019 Counselling Form

Candidates will have to take a printout of Assam CEE 2019 counselling form on A4 paper and fill all relevant fields. The counselling form of Assam CEE 2019 is divided in the three parts - A, B, and C. It will be a must for candidates to fill all the parts duly and separately. Following details need to be filled in different parts of Assam CEE 2019 counselling form:

Details to be filled in Part A of Assam CEE 2019 Counselling Form

  • Candidate’s name

  • Nationality

  • Religion

  • Gender

  • Mother Tongue

  • Mother and father name

  • Occupation of father/guardian

  • Annual income of parents

  • Communication address

  • Permanent home address

  • Candidate’s age as on August 1, 2019

  • Caste

  • State where the candidate is a permanent resident

  • Extra-Curricular Activities & Proficiency

  • University/Board/Council Registration No./Board/Year of Registration

  • Details of the non-domicile candidate’s parents who are in service under Govt./Statutory Organization/Department Bodies.

  • Name of State/Administration (if applied against reserved seats)

  • Whether the candidate is son/daughter of employee/ex-employee of DTE Assam

  • Examination Roll No. Of University/Board Council last appeared/passed

  • Details of Qualified Exams

  • Percentage of Marks Obtained in Qualifying Examination

  • Whether discontinued studies in between passing the last examination of Board/Council/University

Details to be filled in Part B of Assam CEE 2019 Counselling Form

  • Name of the 3 preferred courses (in order of preference)

  • Select institutions from the available options in order of the preference

  • Paste photo on the designated place

  • The signature needs to be done

  • Write CEE Roll number, application number, rank, category, email id and phone number

Details to be filled in Part A of Assam CEE Counselling Form 2019 (Admission Record Sheet)

  • Name of candidate

  • Date of birth (DoB)

  • Email ID

  • Phone number

  • CEE Marks, Roll Number, Rank,

  • Board

  • Year of Passing

  • Total marks, etc.

Assam CEE 2019 Counselling Procedure

Shortlisted candidates whose names will appear in the merit list need to fill the counselling form and follow the given below steps to participate in the session.

Steps to Participate in Assam CEE Counselling 2019

  • Counselling fee payment- Candidates will have to pay Rs. 600 as counselling fee at the time of counselling.

  • Reporting to counselling venue: Candidates will be called as per the category-wise merit rank for counselling procedure

  • Verification of documents: Candidates will have to produce original documents at the time of verification.

  • Seat Allotment: Based on the merit, category and options selected for admission by the candidates, seats will be allotted to them.

Documents Required During Assam CEE Counselling 2019 for Verification

Apart from the Assam CEE 2018 counselling form, the following documents have to be carried by the candidates in original and photocopies:

  • Admit card of Assam CEE 2019

  • 10th standard qualifying examination admit card or pass certificate (for age proof issued by Board/Council)

  • Four copies of recent passport size photograph

  • 10th standard mark sheet

  • 12th standard admit card

  • 12th standard mark sheet

  • Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) (to be issued by D.C./S.D.O (Civil) of concerning district/sub-division)

  • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Academic gap Certificate (if applicable)

  • Character certificate from head of the institution last attended.

Hey,
For eligibility in Assam CEE examination, you need to complete 10+2 from any recognised board with physics, chemistry, mathematics and English as subjects. You must score an aggregate marks of 50% (for general category).
This means that the average of physics, chemistry, English and mathematics should be 50%. Individual marks are not required.
For SC category students, the criteria is 45% score and for ST it is 40%.
The application process will start in March 2020 and Examination will be held in April 2020.

Qualifying Exam: Canditates have to qualify the10+2 examination from Assam Higher Secondary Board or an equivalent boardwith out any grace marks

Subjects: Candidates must pass the above examination with Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics and English subjects

MinimumMarks: Candidates have to secure minimum 50% marks for general category,45% marks for scheduled caste(SC) category & 40% marks for scheduled tribe(ST) category taken together in PCM subjects .

As per the Reports yes physically disabled persons can also give Cee exam and in that some restrictions are also applied as that persons eye sight should be less as they mentioned in conditions apply.
And also some more restrictions are also there as they not clearly mentioned.

Qualifying Examination The candidates should have qualified their 10+2 standard (or equivalent) examination and studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. They should have passed in the mentioned subjects individually.

Marks Required An aggregate marks of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics should have been secured by the candidates in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination. For SC category, the aggregate mark is 45%, while for ST category it is 40%

As you have satisfied the above criterias even though you have 0 marks in biology, you can appear for Assam cee in the year 2020.
