MET Merit List 2026 - MAHE will tentatively release the MET 2026 merit list for both phase 1 and phase 2 in June/July 2026. The MET 2026 merit list link will be available on the official website, manipal.edu. To download the merit list, candidates will need their registered email ID and password. The MET merit list 2026 will be prepared based on the candidate's performance in the MET 2026 exam and class 12 scores. The MET rank list 2026 will comprise the names of the shortlisted candidates for admission to various MET participating institutes.

Here is the step-by-step process to check the Manipal merit list 2026. Students are advised to remember their login credentials, registered email ID and password, as they are required to gain access to MET 2026 rank list.
Visit the official website manipal.edu.
Click on the link to rank list of MET.
Candidates will have to enter their MET 2026 application number.
MET merit list pdf shall appear on the screen.
Candidates may find their name and download the same for future reference.
The MET merit list 2026 will be released in online mode only.
Candidates who will clear the Manipal entrance exam will have their names in the MET rank list.

MET Result 2026
The exam conducting body will declare the MET 2026 phase 2 result after the commencement of exams. Aspirants will be able to check their marks in the Manipal B.Tech exam 2026 through MET login. The MAHE prepares the MET merit list 2026 based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam.
Candidates who will qualify for the MET Counselling 2026 will find their names on the MET merit list pdf. They must participate in the counselling process to be eligible for actual admission. The counselling for MET 2026 will include a registration process and payment of the counselling fee. Applicants who paid the fees will be called up to participate in the MET 2026 counselling for verification of documents to prove their eligibility. For each round of MET counselling 2026, seats will be allotted for admissions.
Candidates who will be allotted seats during the first round of MET counselling 2026 but wish to participate in the second round of allotment will have to select the wait list option. This option will also be functional for those students who register themselves but are not allotted any seats during the first round. Such candidates will have to pay the registration fee and if they are allotted seats at a later stage, the money already paid will be adjusted later during admission.

No you will not get an admit card and neither you will be allowed to appear for phase 1 examination of MET 2022 but you can appear for phase 2 examination of NET 2022 by paying additional 1400/-.
Yes you will have to pay an additional fee of INR 1400/- to book your slot for phase 2 because as per the information brochure of MET 2022 the candidates applying before May 9th, 2022 but does not book their slot then they are required to pay additional 1400/- to book the slot for phase 2 of MET 2022
Once registered for MET 2022, as per the instruction given by the competent authorities, if you get absent in Phase 1 of MET 2022 or even you do not book the slot for phase 1 then also you can apply for phase 2 but you will be only allowed to book slot for phase 2 on an additional payment of INR 1400/- so you can apply for phase 2 if you could not appear for phase 1 due to any reason.

It is not at all necessary to appeared for the all three phases of Manipal entrance test. The examination would be held in three phases to offered seats in engineering courses and it completely depends upon the candidate whether he wants to appear for one or more than one phases. Last date for applying is set to be 31st March 2022 and the examination for Phase 1 would be held in the second week of May. Now if you do not want to appear for the Phase 1 of examination and you are not able to registered directly for the phase 2 then you can wait for the conclusion of phase 1 examination as the registrations for phase 2 would open again for sure. Following below mentioned are the steps for applying:
Visit the MET 2022 official website - manipal.edu.
Submit details like name, mobile number, email address etc. to complete the registration process.
Next, login using generated credentials and fill out the detailed application form.
Upload required documents as per specifications.
Finally, make the payment of the application fee.

For 2nd year Pre University course there is one language from Hindi English Telugu and other three subjects.
