Careers360: Tell us about the faculty-student ratio here and about the teacher-student relationship in your understanding.

Vraj Patel: The faculty-student ratio in our college is quite balanced, which helps students get proper attention in academics as well as guidance in other activities. Since the number of students per faculty member is manageable, teachers are able to focus on individual students, solve doubts, and monitor progress effectively. This creates a better learning environment compared to overcrowded classrooms.

According to my understanding, the teacher-student relationship here is supportive, respectful, and approachable. Faculty members are not only teachers but also mentors who guide students in academics, career decisions, and personal development. Students feel comfortable asking questions and seeking help whenever needed. Such a positive relationship builds confidence, motivation, and encourages students to perform better.

Careers360: What facilities do you have on campus? What do you like here the most, which you feel is unique and differentiating?

Vraj Patel: We have all facilities like sports, gym, food options, clubs, committees and a lovely campus. Campus culture is the best.

Careers360: What about the medical facilities? Can you avail yourself of the requisite medical attention if needed in an emergency?

Vraj Patel: Yes, the medical facilities in our college are satisfactory and helpful in case of emergencies. Basic first-aid support and immediate medical attention are available on campus, which is important for students’ safety and well-being. In serious situations, the college can quickly coordinate with nearby hospitals or healthcare centres for advanced treatment.

From my understanding, the administration is supportive and responsive during emergencies, ensuring that students receive the required medical assistance without delay. This gives students and parents a sense of security while studying here.

Careers360: How do you balance your studies, projects, exams and other activities?

Vraj Patel: I balance my studies, projects, exams, and other activities by planning my schedule properly and managing time effectively. I usually prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance, so that urgent work gets completed first without affecting regular studies.

For academics, I make sure to study consistently instead of waiting until exams. This reduces pressure during exam time. For projects, I divide the work into smaller tasks and complete them step by step. I also keep some extra time for revision and unexpected work.

At the same time, I participate in other activities because they help in personal growth and stress management. Maintaining discipline, staying organised, and avoiding procrastination are the key factors that help me balance everything smoothly.

Careers360: Tell us about the clubs and societies at the campus and how significant they are from your point of view or students' point of view?

Vraj Patel: The campus has various clubs and societies, such as technical, cultural, sports, and social clubs. They are important for students because they help develop skills like teamwork, leadership, communication, and confidence. They also make campus life more active, enjoyable, and balanced, along with academics.

Careers360: What are the popular hangouts at the institute? What, according to you, are the most-visited places nearby?

Vraj Patel: The most popular hangouts at the institute, according to me, and the most visited place is the Lotus Point.

Careers360: How do you spend your leisure time on campus?

Vraj Patel: I spend my leisure time playing sports or other activities.
