Questions related to JEE Main
I got 96% in ipe and 93% in jee main...?Is it possible for me to get seat at NIT Trichy...?
NIT Trichy is the best NIT and its ranking is also better than many IITs. The placement of NIT Trichy is the best. So it has kept its cutoff very high since years. As you have said that you have scored 93% in jee mains. So it would be difficult to fetch you a seat here. You may go for other NITs.
All the best.
give me a time table for 5 months to cover every chapter in 11th and 12th weekly for jee mains and advanced to score 270+in jee
As you have 5 months of time. So you should use it very wisely. You can not waste time now on what you haven't studied. Now you just need to focus on the areas which are strong and revise it as many times as you can. Also try previous years papers for better understanding and pattern of the exam and questions as well. Solve the papers within time limit.
All the best.
How much competition will rise in jee mains 2020 September? how much marks will differ for same percentile?
Cut offs depend on various factors such as total no .of seats available, difficulty of the exam, previous year cut offs, no.of Candidates appearing for the exam and no.of Candidates applying for a course. While we cannot predict the competition that might be see a rise but we would like to bring forth few factors that might result in higher cut offs. JEE Mains was ideally scheduled for April but has been pushed back almost by 5 months. Which means even if half the Candidates utilised this time, the cut offs are going to go higher due to increase in competition. And the other factor is that due to the spread of the Pandemic, man Candidates would prefer selecting Colleges nearer to their homes. This means the cut offs are bound to increase for almost every College as the no.of availability of seats remain the same but the Candidates vouching for those seats increase. Considering all this, cut offs are bound to increase. And so we might see a rise of 15 marks atleast in ever subject.
Jee and Neet should be postponed or not
At this point in time, there is no clear notification regarding the same. A parents body has filed a PIL in the Supreme Court requesting for JEE Mains and NEET to be postponed further due to the increased cases. They have come up with 10 reasons as to why JEE Mains should be postponed. And IIT Delhi has already cancelled conducted JEE Advanced in Foreign Countries. And Parents body from Gujarat also filed a PIL requesting NEET and JEE Mains to be conducted as per schedule without any delay. Supreme Court is yet to pass an order on it. So until there is an official notification regarding this from either NTA or MHRD, we have to assume that JEE will be conducted as scheduled from September 1st to 6th. There are 36 days more to go for the D day and anything might happen. If Supreme Court accepts the PIL, it might then ask MHRD and NTA to file in their petitions and then a call will be taken accordingly after all the pleadings are heard. So while it is still under hearing, we cannot say anything at this point in time. We have to wait to hear from either NTA or MHRD regarding the same. Until then the only wise thing to do would be to prepare for JEE as if it is going to happen from September 1st to 6th so that if the schedule doesn't change, you are not thrown off the guard. The same should go with NEET as well.
sir I have 84 percentile in JEE MAINS 2020 is there a chance to get into a NIT.I am an OBC NCL candidate.
Sorry to say but you won't be able to get any NIT with 84 percentile.
