    Smit Patel: My name is Smit Patel from Ahmedabad. I am pursuing BTech ICT in my second year at Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU), Gandhinagar.

    Smit Patel: No, I did not face any difficulties in the initial months when I joined Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU), Gandhinagar.

    Careers 360: What activities are offered in the institute? Are there any clubs, etc., for the various extracurricular activities? Which ones have you taken up and are a part of?

    Smit Patel: Yes, there are many clubs, committees and hobby groups. I am part of the Academic Committee and the Radio Club.

    Careers 360: Describe a typical day at your institute – what do you do from the time you wake up till you go to sleep?

    Smit Patel: I wake up, then have breakfast, attend lectures, lunch, attend labs, snacks, play some sport, study, and sleep.

    Smit Patel: Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU), Gandhinagar, has Libraries, a laundry, a cafeteria, and a gym. A unique thing is its lush green campus and peaceful environment.

    Smit Patel: They play an important role in the self-development of students.

    Smit Patel: The popular hangouts at Dhirubhai Ambani University (DAU), Gandhinagar, are a Cafeteria, OAT, and LP. The nearby place is Infocity.

    Smit Patel: I spend my time playing sports or hanging out with friends on campus.

    Smit Patel: Big tech companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc., come here for recruitment. Almost 80-90% students get placed every year.
