About JEECUP 2020
Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Exam (Polytechnic), also called JEECUP is an entrance exam conducted for admission to Diploma courses of Engineering, Technology and Management. Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC), Uttar Pradesh has announced JEECUP seat allotment for round 8. They have also started registrations for direct admission through JEECUP counselling round 9. During the JEECUP counselling 2020, candidates are allowed to fill a maximum of 10 choices. The authorities have announced the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh rounds of seat allotment. JEECUP result 2020 was announced on September 28. The answer key of JEECUP 2020 has been released for exam held on September 12 and objections were allowed till September 26. JEECUP answer key 2020 for September 15 exam was released earlier. JEECUP 2020 exam was conducted on September 12 and 15. JEECUP 2020 admit card for group A and E1/E2 has been released. The Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC), Uttar Pradesh released the online application form on January 1, 2020 and the last date to submit was May 20. The authorities had provided the application correction facility including the service of exam centre change between May 21 and 25. The authorities will set the question paper for the exam in both English and Hindi languages.

JEECUP 2020 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of JEECUP 2020 comprise of the set of conditions and requirements that applicants need to meet in order to be considered for admission. The eligibility criteria are prescribed by exam authorities and related to academic qualification, age limit, and minimum marks, as have been illustrated below.

Age limit: The applicant must be minimum 14 years of age as on July 1, 2020. There is no upper age limit though.

Joint Entrance Examination Council, UP reopened the JEECUP 2020 application process from June 17 to 21. Candidates who missed the chance were able to fill the the application form upto extended dates. The application form of JEECUP was available earlier between January 1 to May 20. To ensure that the application filling process is smooth and error-free, the candidate were advised to keep the documents like mark-sheets of the qualifying exam, scanned images of photograph and signature handy. Check the step-wise application process explained in brief below.
How to fill the JEECUP application form 2020
- Registration – All candidates were required to register on the application portal using details like name of the candidate and parents, Aadhaar number, date of birth, and valid email id and phone number. A password for the account was also created.
- Filling of application form – In the next step, the application had to be filled, which had sections like – domicile, academic qualification, and category details. A convenient exam centre also had to be entered from the available options.
- Uploading of scanned documents: After filling the relevant sections of the form, the candidate were required to upload scanned images of photograph and signature as per the specification mentioned in the table below.

- Payment of application fee: In the penultimate step, the JEECUP 2020 application fee has to be paid, either through online (net banking, credit or debit cards) or offline (e-challan). For making payments using offline, the candidate has to first generate the e-challan through the application portal and then make the payment at any branch of State Bank of India.

The official answer keys of JEECUP has been released by exam authorities for exams held on September 12 and 15. It contains the correct answers to all the questions asked in the entrance exam. Candidates could challenge their responses by the payment of Rs. 100 through the official website till September 26 for Groups A, E1 and E2 while the last date was September 19 for other groups. Using the answer key, the candidate are able to compare their responses with the official version and calculate the total number of correct attempts and consequently the expected score. For marking purpose, the candidate has to use the marking scheme prescribed by exam officials. If the candidate finds that the score thus calculated is not similar to the declared score, the candidate may approach exam officials to review the matter.

Joint Entrance Examination Council (JEEC), Uttar Pradesh, officials has declared JEECUP result 2020 at jeecup.nic.in. The result-cum-score consists of the actual marks obtained by the candidate in the entrance and also the qualifying status. Only those candidates who qualify in the entrance exam will be eligible for participation in counselling and seat allotment process, which will be held subsequent to the declaration of result.

JEECUP 2020 Cutoff
The cutoff of JEECUP will be released for each of the seat allotment rounds, and will indicate the last rank for which seat is allotted for that round. The cutoff usually varies from year to year, as it depends on variables like number of seats available, applications received for admission, and also category of the candidate. Nevertheless, the candidate will get a fair enough idea as to what rank he/she will have to secure to have a good chance at admission.
Mode of Counselling: Online
The authorities have announced Round 8 seat allotment for JEECUP counselling process. The JEECUP counselling 2020 registration for direct admission is now open under round 9. Choice filling and locking for particular rounds are available to the candidates as per schedule. The counselling process is being conducted online, with eligible candidates having to register for counselling. Spot round will be held if vacant seats are left for admission.
The allotment of seats will be based on options entered category and merit rank of the candidate. Candidates who have been allotted seats will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 3000 through MOPS to confirm their seats.
Candidates who will be allotted seats will have two options – freeze and float. If the candidate is open to up-gradation, he/she needs to opt for float, or else opt for freeze.

If the payment has occurred from your side and your bank account and have not reached the college side it might have happened money is deducted from your side and not reached other side then you should contact your bank they will see into this matter and initiate the refund.
