JEE Main Self Declaration Form 2026 - The National Testing Agency will require candidates applying for JEE Main 2026 to fill out the self declaration form available on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. To download the self declaration form, candidates will need their application number and date of birth. The JEE Main 2026 admit card will be issued along with the self declaration. Candidates must fill out the self declaration form before reaching the JEE Main 2026 exam centres. The authority will conduct the JEE Main 2026 exam for session 1 from January 21 to 30, 2026, while session 2 will be held from April 1 to 10, 2026. Therefore, it is compulsory for candidates to fill out the self declaration before attending the JEE Main exam.
