    JEE Main Self Declaration Form 2026 - Candidates have to carry the filled JEE Main 2026 self declaration form to the exam centre. NTA has uploaded the JEE self declaration form on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. It is available within the JEE Main 2026 admit card. This year, non-Aadhaar candidates need to provide an additional declaration form as well. They can be downloaded using the application number and password. Candidates must paste their photo and put thumb impression on the self declaration form of JEE Main 2026 before before attending the JEE Main exam. The authority will conduct the JEE Main 2026 exam for session 1 from January 21 to 29, 2026, while session 2 will be held from April 2 to 9, 2026.
