IPU CET 2017 Counselling/Seat Allotment Result:
After the choice filling, candidates are allotted seats as per the merit and respective category and region.
Who all will not be considered for IPU CET 2017 Seat Allotment?
Candidates who have not paid the counselling fee
Paid counselling participation fee but not registered
Paid counselling fee and registered but not filled choices/preferences
To whom seat is allotted in any round but did not pay the part academic fees of Rs. 40000. (They will not be considered in subsequent round of counselling/seat allotment)
Who after seat allotment and paying part academic fee (Rs. 40000) withdrew the admission
Important: These types of candidates will be however eligible for Spot Counselling/Seat Allotment round.
In order to check the allotted seat, the candidates must login their account with the login given to them during registration.
Candidates who are allotted a seat can print the seat allotment letter as per the schedule. They can print it only for the respective round.
Further against the seat allotted to them, they need to pay the part academic fee (Rs. 40,000) to confirm that the seat allotted to them is accepted by them. Paying the part academic fee also means that they are also eligible for participating in the subsequent rounds of IPU CET 2017 Seat Allotment.

IPU CET Seat Allotment 2017 - (Part Academic Fee Payment):
Part academic fee can be pad via,
Bank challan in cash at any branch of Indian Bank
Through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card
After the payment don't forget to print the Admission Fee Receipt
If a candidate has paid through bank challan, then he/she can take the printout only after two days of payment.

The above mentioned procedure will be followed in the 3 rounds of counselling and seat allotment which will be held for IPU CET 2017.
Last Round of IPU CET 2017 Seat Allotment:
Candidates can't withdraw the allotted seat and no fee refund will be entertained after the last round of online seat allotment.
In the last round of IPU CET 2017 seat allotment, the category-wise and region-wise seats will be converted to unreserved category after doing seat allotment of the reserved category.
Candidates (who have been allocated seats and have paid the part academic fee of Rs. 40000, have not frozen their allotment, neither have withdrawn the seat as per procedure, will be considered eligible for the sliding round of online seat allotment.
IPU CET 2017 Seat Allotment - (Sliding or Sliding round of allocated seat after last round of allotment):
Candidates who have been allotted seats before the sliding round and also who have paid Rs. 40,000 as part academic fee, and have not withdrawn admission or did not freeze the allotted seat by following due procedure of the GGSIPU, will be eligible for this round.
The process for sliding round will be same, based on the preferences made by the candidate and the merit list.
Reporting to the college/institute where the seat is allotted to the candidates:
After sliding round, if the candidate allotted a seat/retained the seat from earlier allotment/upgraded to higher choices/preferences, and if he/she has made part academic fee of Rs 40,000, such candidates can generate Provisional Admission Slip along with the Enrollment Number.

IPU CET 2017 Spot Counselling/Seat Allotment:
Spot Round be conducted after the admission process is completed, if there are vacant seats after the sliding round or due to non-reporting of candidates. The spot round is being held for only those candidates. It is being held from August 1 to 7.
Spot Round of IPU CET seat allotment 2017 is being held in offline mode. Candidates have to pay Rs. 2,000 for spot seat allotment separately.
Admitted students, if they wish to withdraw/cancel their admission, they need to apply as per the refund policy. Details of the fee refund was notified by the university.
Candidates not admitted, withdrawn seat in any round are eligible for spot round. No withdrawal or refund is allowed in spot round.
IPU CET Seat Allotment 2017 - (Freezing of Allotted Seat):
Freezing option is available for seat allotment which means that the candidate is satisfied with the seat allotted to him/her and doesn't want to participate in the subsequent rounds.
IPU CET 2017 Seat Allotment - (Withdrawal and Fee Refund):
After paying the academic fee, if candidates wish to withdraw the allotted seat, they can go for withdrawal option, which is available there in the candidate's login account. After opting for the option, however, the candidate will only be considered for spot round and not for the subsequent rounds.
