Yes , EWS certificate is considered for Assam CEE Engineering , As the government of India has given 10% reservation to people belonging to general category . You will be have 10% reservation .

Am I eligible for Assam CEE if I give betterment in 3 subjects?
As you may be knowing that class 12 is considered as an eligibility criteria for getting admitted in CEE .
- The candidates are required to score aggregate 50% collectively in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
- SC candidates will have to secure 45% marks
- while ST candidates will have to score 40% marks.
Now if you couldn't score this percentage then you can give improvement exam and score better to fulfill the eligibility criteria.
So, yes ofcurse they will take your best of two result..ie either 1st attempt or the betterment one according to which is better.
