AP PGECET

Andhra University, on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) conducts the online AP PGECET for M.Tech admissions into various participating colleges. The allotment of seats will be done through a centralised online counselling on the basis of marks secured in AP PGECET.

AP PGECET Eligibility Criteria

Particulars

Details

Nationality

Candidates must be Indian Nationals.

Domicile

They should belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh Candidates should satisfy local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

Qualifying Exam


  • Candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech in relevant fields.

  • Candidates appearing in B.Tech will also be eligible to apply provided they have completed the prescribed course and passed all the subjects for the award of degree by the concerned university on the date of counselling for admission into the colleges.

  • Candidates with valid GATE scores will be eligible for direct admission. Also, GATE-qualified candidates will be given preference over other candidates.

Qualifying Marks

Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their B.E/B.Tech. However, the minimum percentage mark for reserved category candidates is 45%.

Gujarat PGCET

Admission Committee for Professional Courses, Gujarat (ACPC) conducts Gujarat PGCET for admissions in M.Tech courses across the state. However, candidates with having valid GATE score are given direct admission. Aspirants will have to register within the prescribed time period and then appear for the exam to score well for admissions. Gujarat PGCET is conducted offline.
