The admission to these M.Tech programmes will be based on qualifying exams such as GATE and CUET PG. The authority also closed the IPU CET registration 2025 portal for M.Tech programmes, whose admission will be based on CET on April 11, 2025. The dates for the IPU CET exam are April 27, May 10 and 11, 2025, in an online mode. GGSIPU uploaded the question paper and IPU CET answer key 2025 for exams held on April 27, 2025, to the official website. The authority concluded the objections (if any) regarding the answer key until April 30, 2025.

Candidates who have qualified can participate in the IPU CET 2025 M.Tech counselling process. Candidates have to report for the IPU CET M.Tech 2025 counselling as per the prescribed date and venue published by the authorities. While reporting for counselling of IPU CET M.Tech 2025, candidates will be required to carry original academic certificates, category certificate, admit card, and other requisite documents.
Candidates who will be admitted under round 1 of IPU CET M.Tech counselling will not be eligible to participate in the second round. However, those who will be absent in the first round can participate in the second one.
The counselling of IPU CET M.Tech 2025 will be conducted in the order of the merit of the students.
