BITS HD Eligibility Criteria 2024

The authorities has released the eligibility criteria for BITS admission test 2024 on the official website. Candidates failing to meet BITS HD eligibility criteria will not be offered admission. Candidates can refer to the given table to know more about BITS HD eligibility criteria 2024.

BITS HD 2024 Eligibility Criteria

BITS HD Application Form 2024

Candidates looking for BITS HD 2024 admission had to fill out and submit the application form before the last date. The last date to fill the BITS HD application form 2024 was extended to April 23, 2024.

How to fill BITS HD 2024 Application Form

Step 1: Registration - In the first step, candidates have to register by entering basic details like the name of the candidate, date of birth, gender, email Id, and mobile number.

Step 2: Filling of Details - Next, candidates have to fill in the personal details like parent/guardian name, address, etc., and academic details like details of the qualifying exam, GATE scores, etc. required in the application form. Candidates also had to select three exam centres in this step.

Step 3: Uploading of Documents - In this step, uploading of the scanned images of the photograph and signature as specified by the authorities has to be done. If a candidate is applying through GATE, he/she also has to upload a scanned image of the scorecard.

BITS HD Exam Pattern 2024

Understanding of the exam pattern is an important part of preparation. Candidates who are preparing for the BITS HD admission test 2024 are advised to check the exam pattern to get an overview of the exam. The authority will announce the BITS HD 2024 results on the official website. The BITS HD result 2024 will include the marks and qualifying status of the candidate. Note that the result of BITS HD 2024 will include an admit list and a waitlist. Candidates shortlisted in admit list will have to report the allotted institutes and wait-list candidates will have to wait for the next round.

BITS HD Merit List 2024

Along with the result, the authorities will also release the merit list for BITS admission test 2024. Two separate merit lists for each degree programs based on GATE scores and BITS HD admission test 2024 will be made available for the candidates. In each program, 50% of the seats will be filled through GATE/GPAT scores and remaining 50% by BITS HD admission test 2024 marks. The authorities will consider a cutoff score for each program based on number of applicants and availability of seats. The final admission will be on the basis of merit list.

BITS HD Counselling 2024

All the shortlisted candidates will be called to participate in the BITS HD 2024 counselling on the basis of marks secured by them. Candidates who will be allocated a seat will have to download their seat allotment letters by logging into their accounts. After this, candidates will have to report to the allotted campus as per the date & timings given in the allotment letter. Candidates must take all the required documents in original and a set in photocopy for Document verification at the campus.
