Ucer Allahabad is a one of the good private college in Allahabad.It is affiliated to Dr.A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University.It is approved by AICTE.The college has good infrastructure and all the facilities such as hostel, library, sports, auditorium,gym etc.The academics is good.The faculties are supportive.Many of top recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Wipro visited the campus and recruited the students.Overall it is a good option.

If you want make your pursue B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering branch then I would prefer you to go with United College of Engineering and Research, Allahabad. This is because UCER Allahabad has all necessary recognitions and approval for B.Tech whereas BBD University, Lucknow does not have approval of AICTE for B.Tech courses.
Although placement record for UCER Allahabad has little less placements as compared to BBD University, Lucknow but it has all necessary recognitions which would be very helpful for you in future.
