  1. Printout of Counselling Registration Form: Once all the above steps are completed and the application form is submitted, candidates must save the counselling form and take a printout of the same

  1. Reporting at Facilitation Centres (FC) - Once the application is successfully accepted, candidates have to then report to the allotted FC for offline verification of documents. Along with the original documents, candidates must also carry a set of self-attested documents to be submitted at the centre. Failure to attend the offline document verification can cause the cancellation of seat allotment.

  1. Publication of merit list: The authority will publish the provisional and final MHT CET 2025 merit list online. This merit list contains the list of the candidates who are eligible for the MHT CET seat allotment.

  1. MHT CET Seat Allotment 2025: The seat allotment is announced in four rounds and will be done through a Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Once the candidate is allotted a seat, they must take action. The options given to the candidates are freeze, float, or slide for the seat allotted.

    • Freeze: The candidate is happy with the seat allotment and does not wish to participate in the further rounds

    • Float: The candidate would like to keep the currently allotted seat but is open to a better seat in the same or a different institute.

    • Slide: The candidate is happy with the current seat but would like to be considered for a better seat in the same college in further counselling rounds.

  2. Reporting to Allotted College: Candidates who have completed all the above steps must finally report to the college for the start of classes.

Class 12th and class 11th topics will be asked in the examination and 20% weightage is given to the Class 11th syllabus and 80% weightage to the Class 12th syllabus.
