Admissions through OJEE 2018 counselling will be granted only to JEE Main 2018 qualified candidates. Registration has to be done through the candidate’s JEE Main 2018 roll number and date of birth. The candidates will also have to check all their information displayed on the screen and then move on to pay the registration fee. If the candidates fail to register themselves then they will not be allowed to participate in the counselling and seat allotment of OJEE 2018.

All of the candidates will have to fill their preferred colleges and courses at the choice filling process of OJEE 2018. The selection should be in the order of preference. The candidates will be able to swap and move options to change the priority of the already filled in choices. Selection of as many choices as possible has to be done by the candidates. A mock allotment will be released based on the choices filled by the candidates. After checking the mock allotment, the candidates can alter their filled choices and lock it.

OJEE 2018 Seat Allotment

Only the registered candidates will be able to participate in the seat allotment of OJEE 2018. Allotment of seats will be done based on the merit ranks of the candidates in JEE Main 2018, their category and their selected colleges and courses preferences. However, it is important to note that the candidates are advised not to report at the allotted institute based on the temporary OJEE 2018 seat allotment.

The allotted candidates will have to download the seat allotment letter and e-challan of State Bank of India or Axis Bank. The admission fee of Rs. 25,000 (Part admission fee of Rs. 20,000 and University registration fee of Rs. 5,000) will have to be paid through challan. The money receipt received after payment has to be kept safely by the candidates. Payment of admission fee can also be done in online mode (credit card/debit card/net banking) after logging into their account.

Document Verification at Nodal Centres

All of the allotted candidates will have to report at the nodal centres with one set of original and another set of self-attested photocopies of the necessary documents. The admission fee payment proof and allotment letter have to be produced at the nodal centre. After the candidates are successfully verified, they will have to report at the computer counter of the nodal centre to get a print out of the documents that the candidates have produced and successfully verified. Those candidates who have been verified will not have to report at the centre for further rounds but will only have to follow their upgradation. If any candidate fails to clear the document verification process, then he/she will be refunded the admission fee of Rs. 25,000. With this rank it is very difficult to get admission in any college if you are from GEN category. There are almost no chances.
