OJEE Seat Allotment 2025- OJEEB has announced the OJEE 2025 seat allotment release date on the official website, ojee.nic.in. According to the notification, the OJEE 2025 round 1 seat allotment will be announced on July 1, 2025. To download the OJEE seat allotment letter, candidates will need their application number and password. Candidates who completed the OJEE 2025 counselling registration before the due date will be considered for the OJEE 2025 counselling. The seat allotment includes the colleges and courses offered to the candidates.
Candidates are offered seats based on OJEE 2025 results and choices filled in the application form. For JEE Main exam qualified candidates, authorities will conduct two separate provisional rounds of OJEE 2025 seat allotment. After the seat allotment of OJEE 2025 is done, candidates have to download the provisional allotment letter and report to the allotted institute for document verification and confirm their seat allotment. JEE Main 2025 qualified candidates will be allotted seats based on their performance in the special entrance exam of OJEE 2025. OJEEB is conducting the OJEE 2025 counselling registration & choice filling process from June 20 to July 4, 2025. The authority will conduct several rounds of OJEE counselling 2025. Candidates will be required to first register themselves by entering their choice of college and course in the choice filling step in order of their preference along with the basic details.
Also, registered candidates will be able to swap, move and change the priority of already filled choices. Once registration is done, the admission authority releases a mock seat allotment of OJEE 2025 based on choices entered by the candidates.
Candidates seeking admission have to qualify for JEE Main 2025, however, non-JEE Main qualified candidates will also be able to take admission through a special OJEE entrance exam 2025. Separate counselling will be conducted for candidates participating through JEE Main and Odisha JEE 2025.
The exam authority will declare the OJEE 2025 round 1 seat allotment on July 1, 2025. The OJEE 2025 seat allotment for all rounds of counselling will be announced on the official website. The mock seat allotment result of OJEE 2025 counselling will also be released online. Candidates successfully registered for the counselling of OJEE 2025 can check their seat allotment. The authorities allot final seats based on merit. The OJEE merit list 2025 is prepared after evaluating JEE Main 2025 scores obtained by candidates. Along with the ranks, authorities will also consider the category of candidates, preferred college and course while seat allotment of OJEE 2025.
Candidates will be notified regarding seat allotment via SMS to their registered mobile number. The result of the seat allotment of OJEE 2025 will be available on the official website. Candidates allotted seats can download their OJEE seat allotment 2025 letter and e-challan from the State Bank of India or Axis Bank. The admission fee amounting to Rs. 25,000 (admission fee: Rs. 20,000 and University registration fee: Rs. 5,000) will have to be paid by the candidates through e-challan. Also, candidates will also be able to pay the admission fee in online mode (credit/debit card/net banking) after logging in to their account.
While reporting at the assigned institutes, candidates will be required to carry all the original as well as photocopies of all the necessary documents. Note that candidates will not be able to confirm their seats without completing the document verification process.

Candidates who will complete the verification process will not be required to report to centres for further rounds. If any candidate fails to get their documents verified, the admission fee of Rs. 25,000 will be refunded back and the seat allotted will be cancelled.
Candidates can check the status of their final allotment of seats in OJEE 2025 online. Also, a notification will be sent through SMS to registered candidates. All the candidates who are allotted seats have to download their final allotment letter. Also, newly allotted candidates will have to pay the admission fees and report at the respective nodal centres for document verification, while other candidates will have to report at the institute to pay the balance fee.
Candidates will be allowed to withdraw their seats allotted to them. To withdraw the OJEE seat 2025, candidates will be required to report to the nodal centre within the scheduled time and fill out the application giving details regarding the account in which they wish to get the paid fee refunded. The authority will refund the university registration fees which the candidate provided while filling out the withdrawal form.
The OJEE 2025 round 1 seat allotment will be released on July 1, 2025.
