OJEE Seat Allotment 2019 - The admission authority of Odisha Joint Entrance Engineering Board (OJEEB) will release the seat allotment of OJEE 2019 in first week of July. JEE Main qualified candidates will be offered seats based on the merit list of OJEE 2019 prepared by the admission authority. Candidates will be allotted seats through OJEE admission on the basis of rank secured in merit list, availability of seats and preferred choices entered. If a candidate wish to participate in seat allotment of OJEE 2019 then they will have to register first and pay the required admission fees. During registration, candidates are required to choose preferred choices as much as they can to increase the chance of getting a seat. After the release of final seat allotment of OJEE 2019, candidates will be required to report to allotted institute for document verification and confirm their seat allotment. Candidates are advised to report to allotted institute within schedule time along with all original and a set of photocopies and provisional allotment letter. Provisional allotment letter can be accessed by log-in to login username, password and security pin. Download the allotment letter and get the printout of same which must be presented at the time of registration for counselling and seat allotment of OJEE 2019. OJEE 2019 Counselling

JEE Main 2019 qualified candidates will be offered admissions through OJEE 2019 counselling. Candidates who have not qualified JEE Main 2019 will have to qualify special OJEE 2019 entrance examination. Registration of candidates will be done by providing JEE Main 2019 roll number and date of birth. Candidates registering are advised to refer to all the information displayed on the screen before proceeding with the registration process. If candidates fails to register for counselling of OJEE 2019, they will not be able to participate in OJEE 2019 counselling process.


While registering for the counselling of OJEE 2019, candidates are advised to provide preferred college and course in choice filling step of OJEE 2019. Candidates must provide the preferred choices in the order of preference and select as many choices as possible. Registered candidates will be able to swap, move and change the priority of already filled choices can be done. The admission authority will release the mock allotment of seat on the basis of choices entered by the candidates who will be able to alter their choices after the release of mock allotment.

OJEE 2019 Seat Allotment

Registered candidates will only be eligible to participate in seat allotment of OJEE 2019. Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of ranks secured in merit list of OJEE 2019 as prepared by admission authority after evaluating JEE Main 2019 scores secured by candidates. Along with the ranks, category of candidates, preferred college and course will also be taken into consideration during allotment of seat of OJEE 2019.


Temporary Seat Allotment of OJEE 2019

Registered candidates will be able to check their seat allotment of OJEE 2019 in an online mode. Candidates will also receive a notification via SMS to their registered mobile number. Candidates will be allotted seats based on the rank secured, preferred choices entered and category. Candidates must take a note that they must report to allotted institute only after they receive seat allotment letter.


Candidates allotted seats will have to download the OJEE 2019 seat allotment letter and e-challan of State Bank of India or Axis Bank. The admission fee amounting Rs. 25,000 (admission fee is Rs. 20,000 and University registration fee is Rs. 5,000) must be paid through e-challan. Candidates also have an option to pay their admission fee in an online mode through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking after logging to account. Candidates are advised to keep the fee receipt safely after the payment made is successful.


Document Verification at Nodal Centres

Candidates allotted seats will have to report to nodal centres for document verification. Candidates are advised to carry required original documents along with a set of self-attested photocopies, payment receipt and seat allotment letter. After the document verification process, candidates will have to report to computer counter of nodal centre to get a printout of documents which candidates have produced and verified successfully. Candidates who have successfully completed verification process will not be required to report to centres for further rounds. If any candidates fails to get their documents verified, in such case, admission fee of Rs. 25,000 will be refunded back and the seat allotted will be cancelled.

Final OJEE 2019 Seat Allotment

During final seat allotment of OJEE 2019, candidates allotted seats in previously along with newly registered candidates will be allotted seats. Candidates can check status of their final allotment of seats online and a notification will also be sent through SMS. Candidates will also have to download their final allotment letter for seat allotment of OJEE 2019. Newly allotted candidates will have to pay the admission fees and report at their respective nodal centres to verify their documents. Candidates who have been allotted seats previously will have to report to their allotted institute to confirm their admission by paying the balance fees.


OJEE 2019 Seat Allotment Withdrawal Process

Candidates who wish to withdraw themselves from OJEE 2019 seat allotment process will be required to report to their nodal centre within scheduled time. Candidates will have to fill their form and provide their account details in which they wish to get refund amount. Authority will refund their University registration fees to the account details which were provided while filling the withdrawal form.
