MHT CET Counselling 2020 - The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct the counselling of MHT CET 2020 after the declaration of result. The counselling will be conducted online and in three rounds for the qualified candidates. However, a spot round will later be conducted if there are vacant seats. MHT CET 2020 counselling will include steps like registration, fee payment and document verification. Candidates applying on the basis of JEE Main scores will also have to register for the counselling process and pay the required fee. There is no counselling fee for MHT CET qualified candidates. MHT CET 2020 Counselling Procedure
Candidates can refer to the step by step procedure of the MHT CET 2020 counselling mentioned below:
Step 1- Registration- The first step is to register online by entering the required details.
Candidates will have to visit the official site and enter the following details.
Name of the candidate
Annual Income of the family
Address of the candidate
Candidates will have to select their type of candidature according to their category. They have to select from the following categories based on their eligibility:
Maharashtra State Candidature (Type A/ B/ C/ D/ E)
Candidates will have to select the security question from the options available
They will then be required to answer the question and remember both question and answer for future use
The next step is the creation of Password
After filling the information required, candidates will have to create a password by following the parameters given below:
The password must be 8 to 13 characters long
It must have at least one upper and lower case alphabet
It must consist of minimum one numeric value
It must contain minimum one special character like !@#$%^&*-
Step 2 – Qualification and Examination Details: The next step is to enter the details of their Class 10th & 12th. They will also be required to submit information related to MHT CET 2020..
Step 3 – Uploading of Scanned Images: Candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph and signature according to the specifications given below:

Step 4 – Fee Payment: Candidates are required to pay the counselling fee. The payment has to be done in online mode. There is no counselling fee for MHT CET 2020 qualified candidates. Candidates applying on the basis of JEE Main scores must however pay the counselling fee.

Step 6 – Print out of Counselling Registration Form: Candidates are required to take a print out of the counselling registration form after the successful payment. They will have to present it at the time of document verification.
Step 7 - Reporting at Facilitation Centres (FC): Candidates will have to report at their designated FC for the verification of the documents. They must carry their original documents along with a set of attested copies at the facilitation centres. Candidates failing to report at the facilitation centre will not be allowed to participate in the admission process further.

Step 8 - Choice Filling: Candidates will have to do the choice filling by choosing the names of colleges and courses in the order of their preference. They are advised to fill maximum choices to keep their admission chances high. Choice filling will be open for every round.
Step 9 - Publication of Merit List: The authorities of DTE will publish the provisional and final merit list of MHT CET 2020 which will consist of the names of shortlisted candidates. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of merit list released and choices filled by the candidates.
MHT CET Seat Allotment 2020
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will conduct MHT CET 2020 seat allotment through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP) in online mode in three rounds. Candidates will be able to check their seat allotment in MHT CET 2020 by logging in using the required credentials. In case a candidate is allotted seat then he/she will have to download their allotment letter and report to the centre to select their preferred option (freeze, float or slide) for the seat allotted. Candidates will have to confirm their allotted seat at the institute, if satisfied. The seats will be allotted on the basis of candidates’ merit, choice filling and availability of seats.

new registration reopen please
The application form for Maharashtra CET was reopened from May 26 to June 1, 2020. This was the second time the application form was opened.
Also, the MHTCET exam which supposed to occur in the month of July and August were recently postponed. So, there might be chances that the form might be reopened again. But please don't rely on that as it is totally upto the authorities.

On which date we get the admit card of MHT -CET
The final date is yet to be notified. However, the exam is scheduled on July 4, 6 to 10, 13, 14, 28 to 31 and August 3 to 5, 2020. State Common Entrance Test Cell, will release the admit card of MHT CET 2020 in online mode. You will be able to download your. MHT CET 2020 admit card in online mode by entering the application number and password. MHT CET admit card 2020 will include details like the name of the candidate, exam date & time, exam centre details and exam day instructions.

How many score pick to passed MHT-CET
The cut-off marks keeps changing depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of students appearing for it. Now, getting only the cut-off marks in MHT-CET won't help you to get good colleges. If you score atleast 90 or above out of 200 marks, you can expect some average colleges.
If you aim to get admission into good colleges, try getting atleast 120 or above.
