REAP Merit List 2017 - The Rajasthan Technical University (RTU) has declared the second round of REAP 2017 seat allotment. Candidates can exercise the internal sliding option till July 31, 2017 and the last date for internal sliding option is also the same. The first round of REAP seat allotment was declared on July 18, 2017 for the first round of counselling and on July 23 for the second round. The REAP 2017 Merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained by the candidates in JEE Main 2017. Candidates will be allocated seats to different participating institutes of REAP, depending on the rank secured by the candidate in REAP merit list. Separate Merit lists will be prepared for separate categories of applicants. In case the seats are left vacant, then they will be offered to candidates with no JEE Main scores on the basis of their Class XII marks and the choice of the programme that is filled by them. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list of REAP will be eligible to participate in the counselling followed by seat allotment. Candidates must fill in the online application form and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria of REAP 2017 if they aim to take admission in different undergraduate engineering programmes that are offered in different aided and unaided government engineering institutions in Rajasthan. How to check REAP Merit List 2017
The merit list of REAP 2017 for the first round of counselling will be released on July 10 and for the second round on July 27, 2017.

Candidates can log in by using their unique id details which is either the 12 or 16 digit token number, transaction number, date of birth, name of the mother
After entering the requisite details, candidates will have to click on the submit button.
On clicking the submit button, candidates will get to see their rank in the merit list of REAP 2017.
Tie Breaking Method of REAP 2017 Merit List
If the JEE Main 2017 scores of the candidates are equal, the inter-se-merit will be resolved by the following guidelines
Candidates who score more marks in mathematics will be given a higher merit rank
If the tie is not resolved with the above rule, then candidates who score more in Physics will be given a higher merit rank
In case of candidates with equal marks in both Physics and Mathematics, the age of the candidate will be taken into account. The older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.
If the tie is still not resolved with the above guidelines, then randomization will be used and the higher rank will be awarded as per the result.
REAP Merit List for Non-JEE Candidates:
The vacant seats after allotment for JEE Main qualified candidates will be available for the Non-JEE Main candidates.
The seat allotment for such candidates will be on the basis of their XII percentile and the choice of the programme made by them.
REAP Counselling 2017
Only candidates whose names appear in the REAP merit list 2017 will be eligible to take part in the counselling. After online registration, choice filling, candidates will have to get their documents verified once the seat allotment is announced. There will be four rounds of REAP 2017 counselling held in this year. Both JEE and Non-JEE qualified candidates will be able to participate from the first round of counselling, however, priority will be given to the JEE Main qualified candidates.
