Candidates who are included in the Kerala Polytechnic rank list can participate in the counselling process. Kerala Polytechnic counselling 2025 will be held in two rounds. Candidates must complete Kerala Polytechnic registration to participate in the counselling process. Department of Technical Education will conduct the Kerala Polytechnic Admissions 2025 to offer admission to the following two diploma courses:

The admission authorities release the provisional Kerala Polytechnic rank list to allow candidates to challenge it if they find any errors or mistakes in it. To challenge or make a complaint, candidates will have to get in touch with the principal of the Polytechnic College where the application was submitted within three days of the release of the provisional rank list/result for Kerala Polytechnic 2025 or before the last date. Challenges made after the last date will not be entertained.
The selection of candidates for Kerala Polytechnic Admissions 2025 will be based on marks/ grades that the candidate will secure in the SSLC/THSLC or equivalent exam. If the qualifying exam is based on the old system i.e. not based on grade then the marks obtained by a candidate in the qualifying exam will be converted to 9 points absolute grade. Note - Candidates who will pass a qualifying exam (old system) with less than 30% marks for individual papers and are eligible for studies, then they will be considered to have passed with D+ grade.
Many times, a scenario arises in which the index score secured by two or more candidates is the same. In such cases, the authorities consider the tie-breaking process to merit rank for those candidates and then the final Kerala polytechnic result 2025 will be declared.
