    MHT CET Exam Date 2026 - State CET Cell, Maharashtra has announced the revised MHT CET 2026 exam date at cetcell.mahacet.org. The MHT CET 2026 PCM exam will not be held on April 12. The new MHT CET 2026 exam date for PCM session 1 begin conducted from April 11 to 20, except on April 12. It is May 12 to 16, 2026, for session 2. The MHT CET 2026 PCB exam is scheduled for April 21 to 26, 2026, for session 1, and the session 2 exam will be held on May 10 and 11. The authority has extended the session 2 MHT CET 2026 registration from April 15 to 16, 2026. However, there is not form correction facility this time. The session 1 MHT CET admit card has been released on April 7, 2026. The MHT CET 2026 exam schedule includes events such as registration, admit card, answer key, result and more. The MHT CET 2026 exam for PCM and PCB will be conducted in online mode.

    Candidates must check the MHT CET eligibility criteria before applying for the MHT CET exam. To be eligible, aspirants must pass 10+2 or must be appearing in 12th class in 2026 with maths, physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects. General candidates must score 45% and 40% for the reserved category.

The MHT CET 2026 application process has started on January 10, 2026.     MHT CET 2026 Exam Date

    The authority has announced the revised MHT CET PCM exam date 2026 on the official website. The MHT CET 2026 exam to be held on April 12, has been rescheduled. The exam will be held from April 11 to 20, except on April 12 (Session 1 PCM), April 21 to 26 (Session 1 PCB), and May 12 to 16 (Session 2 for PCM), with Session 2 for PCB scheduled for May 10 to 11, 2026. As per the latest notification, the MHT CET 2026 exam will be conducted in two sessions per subject group. There are approximately 226 test centres in Maharashtra, where the exam will be conducted. The authorities will conduct the MHT CET 2026 exam in online mode as a computer-based test (CBT).

    MHT-CET is a computer based test conducted only at allotted exam centers, not from home or personal PCs, Students from outside Maharashtra can appear for the exam at selected centres during application. Non-Maharashtra candidates usually can't claim state quota seats through CAP and often use JEE Main scores instead.
