REAP 2020 - Centre for Electronic Governance (CEG) will commence the admission process of REAP 2020 tentatively in the last week of May. Candidates will be able to access the application form of REAP 2020 in online mode. The application or registration process of REAP 2020 will include steps like payment of fee, filling of application form, uploading of documents, choice locking, etc. It should be noted that no entrance exam will be conducted for REAP 2020 and the entire admission process will be based on the scores obtained by candidates in JEE Main 2020 and Class 12. After the completion of the application process of REAP 2020, the authorities will prepare a merit list of candidates on the basis of JEE Main and Class 12. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of REAP 2020 merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling which will be conducted in three rounds and a special round. No entrance exam is conducted and admission will be done on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in JEE Main 2020 and Class 12.

Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria of REAP 2020 before filling out the application form. It should be noted that no candidate will be eligible for final allotment if he/she does not fulfill the minimum eligibility standards of REAP 2020. Marks in Qualifying Exam and Compulsory Subjects
Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject and obtained at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Candidates have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology examination from Institutions and Boards, recognized by Central or State Government / Universities with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates)
Candidates must meet the standards for the medical fitness such as height, weight, and hearing. Candidates will also have to produce a Medical Fitness Certificate.
Candidates will be able to fill the application form of REAP 2020 in online mode. The application process of REAP 2020 will include various steps like payment of fee, form filling, choice locking etc. Candidates can refer the given steps to know detailed process of filling REAP application form 2020.
Step 1: Payment of Fee- In the first step, candidates have to pay the application cum registration fee of REAP 2020 through kiosk or in online mode. For online mode, payment can be done through credit/debit card or internet banking.

Step 2: Filling of Application Form- After the payment of fee, the application form will become active. Candidates have to fill all the required details of the form like personal, communication and educational details.
Step 3: Uploading of Documents- Once candidates have entered all the details, they have to upload scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications provided by the authorities.

Step 4: Submission of Application Form- After all the details of the REAP application form 2020 are completed, candidates have to submit the application form by clicking on “Submit” button. IT should be noted that candidates will not be able to make any corrections in the form after submission.
Step 5: Choice Filling- After submitting the application form, candidates have to fill and lock their choices of college and courses. Once the choice locking is completed, candidates will get a confirmation message through email and SMS on the registered mobile number and email Id.
Step 6: Print out of Application Form- In the last step, candidates will have to take a print out of the application and choice locking form for future reference.
The exam conducting authorities reserve seats for reserved category candidates according to the reservation guidelines provided by the Government of Rajasthan. There will be different percentage of reservation for different categories. The reservation criteria of REAP 2020 will not be applicable to the unaided private institutes and 50% of self-financed courses offered by aided institutes. The merit list of REAP 2020 will be prepared on the basis of JEE Main2019 (Paper 1) rank, followed by Class-12th marks/percentile and then followed by Diploma marks/percentage. Candidates will be able to check REAP merit list 2020 by Logging into the REAP-2019 web portal for B.E./ B.Tech courses.
The authorities will conduct three main rounds of counselling and a special round for REAP 2020. The process of REAP counselling 2020 will be conducted separately for Rajasthan candidates and Outside Rajasthan candidates.
In the first round, the seat allotment will be done for candidates outside Rajasthan on the basis of merit list. In this round Ex Serviceman, PwD and Kashmiri Migrants category will be allotted seats by manual counseling at REAP-2020 office.
The second round of REAP counselling 2020 will be conducted for Rajasthan domicile candidates.
The third round of counselling, Upward seat allotment is done for the candidates of Rajasthan domicile who have exhausted their choices or have opted for seat upgradation in the second round.
Special Round will be held at institute level against the vacant seats after previous rounds of counselling. The fee for special round will be Rs.700/- and the candidates will have to apply afresh at respective college/ institute where they want to seek admission against vacant seats.
It should be noted that the candidates will have to report the allotted institute for payment of fee and document verification.
1. Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the REAP-2020 web portal using their login details. Candidate should paste their recent color photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional colored photograph with them.
2. Aadhar Card/ Aadhar Acknowledgement Receipt.
3. Valid JEE Mains-2020 (Paper 1) rank card (if applicable).
4. Class X (High School) Board Marksheet/ Certificate as proof of date of birth.
5. Mark sheet of class 12th Science (for Subjects) or Diploma.
6. Certificate of category (SC / ST/ OBC /MBC/ EWS), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
7. Undertaking by OBC/MBC in required format (for non-creamy layer), (if applicable).
8. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), (if applicable).
9. Certificate for Ex-Service men, (if applicable).
10. Domicile certificate.
11. Income Certificate.
12. Medical Fitness Certificate.
13. Fee to be deposited at the Institute.
