Step 1 - Registration - Candidates have to first register online using the valid email id, mobile number, generating a password, and selecting program, stream, and course. Upon successful registration, candidates will receive a confirmation SMS along with the login id and password.
Step 2 - Filling the application form - In the next step, candidates have to log in to the account using the credentials and submit the following details:

Step 3 - Payment of application fee - Finally, candidates have to make the payment of Rs. 600 for the Manipal University B.Arch application form 2025 using Credit Card / Debit Cards / Net Banking / Cash Card / Mobile Payments / Paytm / Wallet / Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
Step 4 - Uploading documents - Candidates are also required to upload the required documents in the specified format. The authorities will verify the uploaded documents and will change the status of the documents as accepted or rejected. In case of rejection, candidates have to upload the valid documents again. The authorities will release the merit list for Manipal University B.Arch admission at the official website. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in NATA and qualifying examination. 50 % weightage of qualifying exam marks (PCM) and 50 % weightage of NATA. Candidates who will be listed in the merit list will be called to participate in the counselling process.
Candidates who will be shortlisted through the merit list will required to appear in the counselling process for admission. The authorities will allot seats to the selected candidates on the basis of merit and availability of seats. During the process, the candidates will have to get their documents verified and will also have to confirm the allotted seat by making the payment of the course fee.

If your syllabus for PCM additional was the same as the students who actually study PCM as their main subject, then yes, you are eligible for JEE Mains. But make sure that you have that mentioned in your marks card. The eligibility criteria for JEE Mains is that you should have a 55% aggregate in your 12th year with PCM as your subject. For JEE Advance, you need to have 75% and above percentage in 12th. If you fulfill this criteria, then you can sit for the exam.
